4, 51 <br />That the said William Wallice Brand was sometimes otherwise known as William Wallace Brand, and <br />wherever said discrepancy in his name appears in the- records of this proceedings or on,lany other <br />records of said Hall County, Nebraska, it refers to one and the same person. <br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AVD DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report, filed herein <br />by Joseph R.Fulton, Executor of the estate of William Wallice Brand, deceased, be and the same <br />is hereby approved and allowed as and for said executor's final report, said estate settled and <br />closed and said executor discharged and the surety on his official bond released from any further <br />liability in said manner. <br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all claims against said estate have <br />been paid, that all persons having claims against said estate, not filed within the time fixed by <br />the Court, if any such there be, are forever barred and excluded from setting up or asserting <br />any such claims against said estate. <br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the sole surviving heirs -at -law <br />and only heirs -at -law, who are all over twenty -one years of age, of the said William Wallice <br />Brand, deceased, who died testate on the 23rd day of June, A.D. 1939, being at the time of his <br />death a resident of Hall County, kebraska, are the following named to -wit: <br />Frederick Eugene Brand, a brother, (grand Island, <br />Nebraska. <br />Ida S.Brand, a sister, Grand Island,Nebraska. <br />Oliver F.Brand, a nephew, and a son of Jasper <br />H.Brand, a deceased brother, Mason City, <br />Nebraska. <br />Wilbur D.Brand, a nephew, and a son of Jasper <br />H.Brand, a deceased brother, Mason City, <br />Nebraska. <br />Mrs. Hester L.Arnold, a niece, and a daughter <br />of Jasper H.Brand, a deceased brother, <br />Mason City, Nebraska. <br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all of the property owned by the <br />said William Wallice Brand, deceased, sometimes otherwise known as William Weil lace Brand, shall <br />descend in accordance with the terms of the last will and testament of the said deceased, to <br />Frederick Eugene Brand, his brother, and Ida S.Brand, his sister, herein, both of whom survive <br />the deceased, share and share alike; and that the real estate owned by the said deceased at the <br />time of his death, to -wit: <br />Lot Five (5) in Block Ten (10), gussell Wheeler's Addition to the City of Grand Island,Hall <br />County, Nebraska. <br />did descend to the said Frederick Eugene Brand and Ida S.Brand, share and share alike, and <br />distribution thereof is hereby accordingly made. <br />Paul N.Kirk <br />COUNTY JUDGE <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br />CERTIFICATE. <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA ) <br />)ss. <br />HALL COUNTY ) <br />I.
