That on the 25th day of July 1939, <br />sAid instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed as the <br />last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said William Wallice Brand, deceased, <br />and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the County Court this 25th <br />day of July 1939• Paul N.Kirk <br />(SEAL) County Judge <br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA F I L E D JUL 25 1939 PAUL N.KIRK COUNTY JUDGE <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUN'TTY, NEBRASKA <br />In the Matter of: ) <br />THE ESTATE OF WILLIAM ) <br />WALLICE BRAND, ; FINAL DECREE. <br />Deceased. ) <br />NOW on this 20th day of December, 1939, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report, <br />filed herein by Joseph R.Fulton, the duly appointed, qualified and acting Executor of the.'Ettate <br />of William Wallice Brand, deceased, together with his petition for the approval and allowance of <br />said report, settlement of said estate, and his discharge herein; and the Court having examined <br />the records and files herein, including said final report, heard the evidence in support thereof, <br />and being fully advised in the premises, finds: <br />That said report is true and correct in all things and should be approved and allowed as and for <br />his final report, said estate should be settled and closed,. :and said executor discharged, and the <br />surety on his official bond released from any further liability in said matter; <br />That Notice has been given to all persons having claims against said estate of the time and place <br />fixed for a hearing thereon, by publication in the Grand Island Independent for three (3) successive <br />weeks, as provided by law, and all persons having claims against said estate, not filed within the <br />time fixed by the Court, if any such there be, should be forever barred and excluded from setting <br />up or asserting any such claims against said estate; <br />That the said William Wallice Brand, deceased, departed this life testate on the 23rd day of June, <br />A.D. 1939, being at the time of his death a resident of Hall County, Nebraska, and leaving a last <br />will and testament, which has heretofore been admitted to probate herein. <br />That said deceased left surviving him as his heirs -at -law, and only heirs -at -law, and persons en- <br />titled to share in his estate, who are all over twenty -one years of age, the following named to wit: <br />Frederick Eugene Brand, a brother, Grand Island, Nebraska. <br />Ida S.Brand, a sister, Grand Island,Nebraska. <br />Oliver F.Brand, a nephew, and a son of Jasper H.Brand, a deceased brother, Mason City, Nebraska. <br />Wilbur D.Brand, a nephew, and a son of Jasper H.Brand, a deceased brother, Mason City, Nebraska. <br />Mrs. Hester L.Arnold, a niece, and a daughter of Jasper H.Brand, a deceased brother, Trail,Oregon. <br />That said deceased departed this life the owner of an estate, including the following real estate, <br />the said real estate being descri?4ed as follows: <br />Lot Five (5) in Block Ten (7.0), RussellWheeler's Addition to the City of Grand Island,Hall County, <br />Nebraska.. <br />That by virtue of the last will and testament.of the said William Wallice Brand, deceased, his <br />entire estate was devised and bequeathed to the said Frederick Eugene Brand, his brother, and Ida <br />S.Brand, his sister, herein, both of whom survive the deceased. <br />That said estate is not subject to the payment of any inheritance tax under the laws cif the State <br />of Nebraska or under the laws of the United States. <br />
