I, William Wallice Brand, of Grand Island,Hall County,'Nebraska, being of sound mind and memory, but considering the uncertainty of life, do hereby make, publish, and declare this and none other to be my last Will and Testament, hereby revolting all other wills by me made. FIRST. I direct that my just debts, if any, and the expe=nses attending my burial, be first.paid. SECOND. I, give, devise and bequeath all of my property, both real and personal, to my brother, Frederick Eugene Brand, and to my bister, Ida S.Brand, share and share alike, or in the case of the death of either prior to my death, then all of my property shall go to the survivor of the two above named. THIRD. In case of the death of both my brother and sister above named prior to my death, then all of my property both real and personal, I give, devise and bequeath, to my two nephews, Oliver F.Brand and Wilbur:D.Brand, both of Mason City, Nebraska, and to my niece, Hester L.Arnold, now residing In the State of Oregon, share and share alike, and to their heirs forever. FOURTH. I hereby name, nominate and aproint Joseph R.Fulton, of Grand Island, Nebr., as Executor of this my last Will and Testament.
