THE AUGUSTINE CO. 15600 -12.36 <br />COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br />IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE <br />OF ELIZABETH BRUNDAGE, FINAL DECREE. <br />DECEASED. <br />1939, <br />Now on this 18th°.day -of Dacember„ this cause came on for hearing on the final report of William <br />Brundage the executor of the last will and testament of the said Elizabeth Brundage, deceased, and <br />it appearing to the court from the proofs on file that notice has been given to-All interested <br />persons of the filing of the said report as required by law and by order of this court, and it <br />further appearing to the court after full examination that the account exhibited by the said <br />executor is correct in all things and ought to be approved and allowed, it further appearing that <br />the executor has accounted for all of the estate which has come into his hands, it is <br />THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that the report of the said William Brundage, executor <br />of the last will and testament of Elizabeth Brundage, deceased, be and the same is approved as <br />and for his Final Report. <br />The court further finds that notice was given to all of the creditors of the said estate in the <br />manner provided by law, of the date and the place fixed for presenting claims against the estate <br />of said deceased, that time for the filing claims has expired, that all claims filed and allowed <br />against the said. estate have been fully paid and satisfied, that the funeral expenses of the said <br />deceased and the costs of administration of said estate have been fully paid, and that all out- <br />standing claims against said estate, not filed, if any such there be are now forever barred and <br />excluded. <br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED, APED DECREED by the court that all persons are forever barred <br />from filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of the said Elizabeth Brundage <br />deceased, and that such estate is fully settled and closed. <br />The court finds that the said Elizabeth Brundage died leaving as her sole heir William Brundage of <br />Canto, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />The court finds that the executor has not received any money from the estate of the deceased or <br />has he expended any money, that all claims against the estate have been paid, and the report shows <br />no money on hand. <br />The court finds that the said estate is not liable for State Inheritance Tax or Federal Estate <br />Tax, the court finds that Elizabeth Brundage departed this life in Cairo, Nebraska, on the Nine- <br />teenth day of April, 1939, leaving a last will and testament which last will and testament was <br />duly admitted to probate the Sixteenth day of May, A.D., 1939. <br />The court finds that the said Elizabeth Brundage died siezed, as owner in fee simple of the follow- <br />ing desdribed'rcal estate, to- wit: Lots 5 and 6 block 4 original town Cairo, Nebraska, and the <br />W.2 of the N.W.J of Section 31, Township 12 Range 12, in South Loup Township, and the Ej of the <br />S.E.' and. the E.1 of the N.E.4 Section 4 Township 11 Range 12 Cameron Township, Hall County, <br />Nebraska. <br />That the provisions of the last will and testament of the said Elizabeth Brundage, deceased, that <br />the said real estate did pass and descend in fee simple to said son, William Brundage, and all <br />personal property to pass and descend to son, William Brundage, it is therefore, considered by the <br />court that under the terms and provisions of the last will and testament of the said Elizabeth <br />Brundage, deceased, all of the above mentioned did pass and descend at her death to William Brun- <br />dage in fee simple, that there are no claims or legacies against the aforementioned real estate. <br />Paul N.Kirk <br />County Judge <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br />CERTIFICATE. <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA ,9s.
