<br />have been filed in this estate; that notice of the time fixed for filing claims has been given in
<br />the manner and form provided by law;
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, _ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that all claims not now on file in
<br />this estate be and the same are hereby forever barred and precluded.
<br />The Court further finds that the bequest to Edward E.Brittin has bd.en paid and receipt filed there-
<br />for.
<br />The Court further finds that the expenses of last illness, expenses of administering the estate end
<br />funeral expenses have been paid in full.
<br />The Court further finds that said estate was not subject to inheritance tax, either Federal or State.
<br />The Court further finds that the said W.F.Thompson, Executor, has accounted for all the assets of
<br />said estate which have come into his knowledge or possession.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that said estate be and the same is
<br />hereby closed and the said W.F.Thompson be and he is hereby discharged as Executor and his bond
<br />released.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Hannah J.Brittin died on the 16th day of May, 1939, at her
<br />residence in Hall County, Nebraska, leaving a last Will and Testament, which will has heretofore
<br />been admitted to probate and that no appeal has been taken therefrom; that she died a widow, her
<br />husband having predeceased her; that her sole and only heirs at law were:
<br />Edward E.Brittin, a son; Letitia Brittin Thompson, daughter; Benjamin L.Brittin, son; Edna L.
<br />Triplett (formerly Edna L.Brittin) and Ray E.Brittin, the two children of.a deceased son, Frederick
<br />M.Brittin; and that all the heirs at law are of lawful age.
<br />The Court further finds that at the time of the making of said last Will and Testament, the said
<br />Hannah J.Brittin was of sound mind and disposing memory.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that the real estate owned by the said
<br />Hannah J.Brittin at the time of her death did pass and descend in accordance with the terms of-said
<br />last Will and Testament, and the same is hereby set off unto the devisees named therein.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that Lot 12 and the East 20 feet of Lot
<br />11, in Block 11, in the Union Pacific Railway Company's First Addition to the town of Wood River,
<br />Nebraska, be and the same is hereby set off unto Edna L.Brittin and Ray E.Brittin, as tenants in
<br />common, share and share alike, in fee simple absolute.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that the East 32 rods of the East half
<br />of the Northwest Quarter -(NWa) and the East 32 rods of the Northeast Quarter (NE *) of the Southwest
<br />Quarter (SW4), both in Section Thirteen (13), Township Nine (9),North,Range Twelve (12),West of the
<br />6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, continuing 48 acres, be and the same is hereby set off unto
<br />Letitia Thompson and her heirs forever in fee simple absolute.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that the following described real estate,
<br />to -wit:
<br />Commencing at a point on the South line of the Northeast Quarter (NEI) of the Southwest Quarter
<br />(SW') of Section 13, Township 9, North Range 12, West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />32 rods West of the Southeast corner of said 40 acres, running thence North 240 rods parallel to
<br />the North and South half section line to the North line of said section, running thence West on
<br />the North line of said section 3 rods, thence South parallel to the North and South half section
<br />line BO rods, thence West parallel to the North line of said Section 45 rods to the West line of
<br />the East half of the Northwest Quarter, thence South 160 rods along the West line of the East half
<br />of the West half of said section to the Southwest corner of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest
<br />quarter of said section, thence East 48 rods to the place of beginning.
<br />be and the same is hereby set off unto Benjamin L.Brittin, and to his heirs forever in fee simple
