<br />Now on this 2nd day of December, 1939, this cause came on for hearing upon the Final Report of W.F.
<br />Thompson, Executor under the last Will and Testament of Hannah J.Brittin, deceased, and the court,
<br />after having examined the records and files in this cause, finds that there are no objections on
<br />file to the allowance of said Final Report.
<br />The Court, after further examining the records and files in this cause and the receipts filed,
<br />finds that said Final Report is in all things true and correct and that the same should be allowed
<br />as and for the Final Report of said Executor.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that the Final Report of W.F.Thompson,
<br />Executor, be and the same is hereby allowed and approved by the Court in all respects.
