<br />tificate of Probate and Final Decree IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF OSCAR KOEHLER, DECEASED, with
<br />the original record thereof, now remaining in said Court , that the same is a correct transcript
<br />thereof, and of the whole of such original record; that said Court is a Court of Record having a
<br />seal, which seal is hereto attached; that said Court has no Clerk authorized to sign certificates
<br />in his own name, and that I am the legal custodian of said Seal and of the Records of said Court,

<br />META SCROURUP,WILLARD, DECEASED )
<br />Now on this 29th day of November, 1939, this cause came on to be heard on the petition of Carl
<br />Edward Willard, for the determination of heirship of the estate of Meta Schourup Willard, deceased,
<br />and was submitted to the court. Carl Edward Willard appeared in person and Carl Vance Willard
<br />appeared by his attorney.
<br />It appearing from_h records and files in said matter that notice of the time and place fixed for
<br />the hearing on said petition has been given by publication thereof as by order of said court here-
<br />tofore made and entered, whereupon testimony was taken.
<br />On consideration of the evidence the court finds that Meta Schourup Willard departed this life on
<br />June 24, 1937, and that she died intestate; that the said Meta Schourup Willard was at the date of
<br />her death a resident and inhabitant of Hall County, Nebraska, and died seized of an estate of in-
<br />heritance in the following described real estate, to wit:
<br />Lot Five (5) in Block One Hundred Twenty Eight (128) in Koenig and Wiebe's Addition to the City of
<br />Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />That more than two years have elapsed since the date of the death of the said Meta Schourup Willard
<br />and no application for the appointmnt of an administrator of her estate has been made in this. state
<br />by any heirs or persons claiming to be creditors of said deceased or by any person or persons whom-
<br />soever. That the following named persons are of-lawful age and are the.sole and only heirs of the
<br />said Meta Schourup Willard, deceased.
<br />Carl Edward Willard, of Grand Island,Nebraska, a son of the deceased,
<br />Vance Willard Campbell, of Waterloo, Douglas County, Nebraska, a daughter of the deceased.
<br />Carl Vance Willard, of Grand I,sland,Nebraska, the widower of the deceased.
<br />That the said Carl Vance Willard is the parent of Carl Edward Willard and Vance Willard Campbell,
<br />and that no other children were born to the deceased.
<br />WHEREFORE, it is ordered, adjudged and decreed that the above described real estate be assigned
<br />unto Carl Edward Willard, Vance Willard Campbell and Carl Vance Willard as tenants in common, share
<br />and share alike.
