<br />Mr. Albert Koehler, a son, formerly of France, mw of Grand Island,Nebraska.
<br />Mr. Robert Koehler, a grandson, Care of Mrs. Robert Koehler, Grand Island, Nebraska, he being a son
<br />of Frank Koehler, deceased.
<br />Mr. Edward Koehler, a grandson, R.F.D., Grand Island, Nebraska, he being a son of Frank Koehler,
<br />deceased.
<br />That said deceased departed this life the owner. of an estate, including the following real estate,
<br />the said real estate being described as follows:
<br />and Forty Five hundredths
<br />1. West one hundred sixty- two,,(162.4*eet in Block Eight (9), Koehler's Subdivision to the City of
<br />Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska. Being the same property as recorded in Deed Record Book
<br />75,page 368.
<br />2. Lot Three (3), in Block Seven (7), South Grand Island Addition to the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />3. Lot Four (4) in Block Seven (7) South Grand Island Addition to the City of Grand Island, Fall
<br />County, Nebraska.
<br />4. Lots One, Two, Three and Four (1,2,3 and 4), in Block Three (3), South Grand Island Addition
<br />to the City of Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />That by virtue of the last will and testament of the said Oscar Koehler, deceased, his entire estate
<br />was devised and bequeathed to the said Emma Koehler, his widow and the executrix herein.
<br />That said estate is not subject to the payment of any inheritance tax under the laws of the State
<br />of Nebraska or under the laws of the United States. That the said Oscar Koehler was sometimes other-
<br />wise known as Paul Oscar Koehler-and P.O.Koehler and whereever said discrepancy in his name appears
<br />t mie $ of this proceeding or on any other records of said Hall County it refers to one and
<br />4 T # #ImE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report, filed herein
<br />by Emma Koehler, executrix of the estate of Oscar Koehler, deceased, together with the payment of
<br />Court costs and attorney fees paid this date in open Court, be and the same is hereby approved and
<br />allowed as and for said executrix's final report, said estate settled and closed and said executrix
<br />discharged and the surety on her official bond released from any further liability in said manner.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all claims against said estate have
<br />been paid, that all persons having claims against said estate, not filed within the time fixed by
<br />the Court, if any such there be, are forever barred and excluded from setting up or asserting any
<br />such claims against said estate.
<br />IT IS Ft.TRTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the sole surviving heirs -at -law and
<br />only heirs -at -law, who are all over twenty -one years of age, of the said Oscar Koehler, deceased,
<br />who died testate on the 2nd day of Mayt. A.D., 1939, being at the time of his death a residefi.tCof

<br />Mrs. Anna Fletcher, a daughter, 1037 South 29th Street, Omaha, Nebraska.
<br />Mrs. Marie Wolf, a daughter, 2010 Curlew Lane, Omaha, Nebraska.
<br />Mr. Bernhardt Koehler, a son, 3917 Worth Street, Dallas Texas.
<br />Mr. ?Robert Koehler, a son, Torrington, Wyoming.
<br />Mr. Arnhold Koehler, a son, Grand Island,Nebraska.
<br />Mrs. Amanda Clinger, a daughter, Grand Island, Nebraska.
<br />Mr. Albert Koehler, a son, formerly of France, now of Grand Island,Nebraska.
<br />Mr. Robert Koehler, a grandson, Care of Mrs. Robert Koehler, Grand Island,Nebraska, he being a
<br />son of Frank Koehler, deceased.
<br />Mr. Edward,Koehler, a grandson, R.F.D., Grand Island,Nebraska, he being a son of Frank Koehler,
<br />deceased.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADIJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all of the property owned by the
<br />sometimes otherwise known as Paul Oscar Koehler or P.O.Koehler
<br />said Oscar Koehler,,,deceased, shall descend, in accordance with the terms of the last Will and
<br />Testament of the said deceased, to Emma Koehler, his widow, and the executrix herein; and that
<br />the real estate owned by the said deceased, at the time of his death, to -wit:
