<br />SARAH A.NICHOLSON, DECEASED.
<br />Now on this 15" day of November, 1939, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report filed
<br />herein by Mildred Smith, executrix of the estate of Sarah A.Nicholson, deceased, together with
<br />her petition for the approval and allowance of her report, settlement of said estate, and her dis-
<br />charge herein. And the Court having examined said report, together with the vouchers attached
<br />therEto, and being fully advised in the premises, finds as follows:
<br />That the said Sarah A.Nicholson departed this life on the 23rd day of May 1939, a resident of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, leaving a last will and testament which was admitted to probate in this Court
<br />on the 21st day of June, 1939, and Mildred Smith named executrix therein qualified as such.
<br />That notice was given to all persons having claims against said estate, and time for filing said
<br />claims having fully expired, all persons having claims against said estate not filed within the
<br />time provided by order of the Court, if any such there be, should be forever barred from setting
<br />up or asserting any such claims against said estate. -
<br />That said decedent departed this life leaving as her heirs at law, devisees, legatees, and only
<br />persons entitled to participate in the assets of said estate, Mildred Smith, .a daughter, Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska and Gordon Smith and Maurice Smith, minor grandsons, Grand Island,Nebraska.
<br />That said decedent departed this life the owner of an estate consisting of both real and personal
<br />property, and that the real estate consists of the following:
<br />Lot Two (2), Block Fifty -two (52) Packer & Barr's Second Addition to the city of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />North Fifty -two and one -third (52 113) feet of the West-One hundred fifty (150) feet of Lot Four
<br />(4) of Westervelt's Subdivision of Lot Six (6) of the County Sub - division of the West Half of the
<br />South -West Quarter (W2SWI) of Section Fifteen (15), Township Eleven (11) North of Range Nine (9)
<br />Vest of the 6th P.M., same being a rectangular piece of ground having a West frontage of Fifty -two
<br />and one -third (52 113) feet on Pine Street, a depth of one hundred fifty (15Q) feet, and bounded
<br />on the North by the North line of said Lot Four (4), as surveyed, platted,recorded, all in Hall

<br />and that the personal property consists of a certificate of deposit with the New York Life Insurance
<br />Company and registered warrants of the City of Grand Island in the total sum of $4,396.49, that
