<br />leaving issue her surviving, the real estate devised to her and hereinabove so-described passes
<br />and descends to the said'surviving issue by right of representation, and if the said Viva Bernice
<br />Butler precedes the said Cora A.Waite in death leaving no issue her surviving, but leaving her
<br />surviving her sister Opal M.Piersol, the real estate devised to her and hereinabove so described
<br />passes and descends to the said Opal M.Piersol;

<br />declare this to be my last will and testament, hereby revoking any and all former wills by me
<br />made, in manner and form following, that is to say:

<br />I direct that ray executor hereinafter named pay all my just debts and expenses so soon as is
<br />reasonably convenient out of my personal estate.

<br />I give, devise and bequeath unto my beloved grandchildren, Gordon Smith and Maurice Smith,
<br />absolutely in fee simple, all the real estate of which I may die seized or possessed, equally,
<br />share and share alike, to have and to hold forever.

<br />I give, devise and bequeath unto my beloved daughter, Mildred Smith, all of my household goods
<br />and effects, furniture, bedding, family pictures, etc., and all the rest and residue of any and
<br />all personal estate, of, which I may die possessed.

<br />I hereby nominate and appoint Mildred Smith executrix of this, my last will and testament, and
<br />request that she be allowed to serve without giving bond.
