<br />the Last Will and Testament and Codicil thereto of William B.Waite, Deceased, the real estate des-
<br />cribed as follows, to-wit:

<br />(12),West of the 6th P.M. Hall County; Nebraska, containing 160 acres;

<br />(11),North,Range Twelve (12), West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, 'Nebraska, totaling 80 acres, the
<br />other half being owned by Cora A.Waite,tenant in common;
<br />The Southeast quarter (SE*) of Section Ten (10), Township Twelve (12),North,Range Twelve (12),
<br />West of the 6th P.M., and:that part of the Northeast Quarter (NEI) of Section Fifteen (15), Town-
<br />ship Twelve (12),_North,Range Twelve (12), West of the 6th P.M ,`lying north and east of the Bur-
<br />lington Railroad right -of -way, Hall County) Nebraska, containing 169 or 170 acres;
<br />The Southwest Quarter of' - the Northeast Quarter (SWINE--) and Part of the Southeast Quarter of the

<br />Lots Fifteen (15) and Sixteen (16), Block Five (5)pVillage of Cairo, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />passed and descended to Cora A.Waite to have and to hold the same for and during the term of her
<br />natural life, she to take the rents and profits from said real estate for and"duki4g;-slid life
<br />estate, and she to be charged with the payment of taxes, Insurance and reasonable repairs during
<br />such life estate; that in the event the said Opal M.Piersol should survive the said Cora A.Waite,
<br />the remainder interest, after the death of said Cora A.Waite, passed and descended by absolute
<br />title in fee to the said Opal M.Piersol in the following described portions of said real estate,

<br />That In the event the said Opal M.Plersol should precede the said Cora A. Waite in death, leaving
<br />issue her surviving, the real estate devised to her and hereinabove so described passes and des-
<br />cends to the said surviving issue by right of representation, and If the said Opal M.Piersol precedes
<br />the said Cora A.Waite In death leaving no issue her surviving, but leaving her surviving her sister
<br />Viva Bernice Butler, the real estate devised to her and hereinabove so described passes and descends
<br />to the said Viva Bernice Butler; that in the event the said Viva Bernice Butler should survive the
<br />said. Cora A.Waite, the remainder interest, after the death of said Cora A.Waite) passed and des-
<br />cended by absolute title in fee to the said Viva Bernice Butler in the following described portions
