<br />being in Hall County, Nebraska, passed and descended to Cora A.Waite, his wife, to have and to hold
<br />the same for and during the term of her natural life,.she to take the rents and profits from said
<br />real estate for and during said life estate, and she to be charged with the payment of taxes, in-
<br />surance and reasonable repairs during such life estate.
<br />The Court further finds that under the further -terms and provisions of said Last Will and Testa-
<br />went and Codicil thereto, in the event the said Opal M.Piersol should survive the said Cora A.
<br />Waite the remainder interest after the death of said Cora A.Waite, In"-,the following described
<br />real estate passed and descended to the said Opal M.Piersol, to -wit:
<br />The Northeast Quarter (NEB) of Section Thirty -six (36), Township Twelve (12),North,Range Twelve
<br />(12), West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, containing 160 acres;
<br />An undivided one -half interest in the North half of the Northeast Quarter.(NI-NE4) of Section One
<br />(1),Township Eleven (11),North,Range Twelve (12),West of the 6th P.M., Hall county, Nebraska,
<br />The Southeast Quarter (SEJ) of Section Ten (10),Township 'Twelve (12), North,Range Twelve (12),West
<br />of the 6th P.M., and that part of the Northeast Quarter (NE-1) of .Section Fifteen (15), Township
<br />Twelve (12), North,Range Twelve (12), West of the 6th P.M., lying north and east of the Burlington
<br />Railroad right -df -way, Hall County, Nebraska, containing 169 or 170 acres.
<br />That in the event the said Opal M.P.ie-rsol shall precede the said Cora A.Waite in death leaving issue
<br />hex, surviving, the real estate devised to her and hereinabove described shall pass and descend to
<br />the said surviving issue by right of representation, and if the said Opal M.Piersol should precede
<br />the said Cora A.Waite in death leaving no issue her surviving, but leaving her surviving her
<br />sister Viva Bernice Butler, the real estate devised to her and hereinabove. described shall pass
<br />and descend to the said Viva Bernice Butler.
<br />The Court further finds that under the further terms and provisions of said Last Will and Testa-
<br />ment and Codicil thereto, in the event the said Viva Bernice Butler should survive the said Cora
<br />A.Waite the remainder interest after the death of said Cora A.Waite, in the following described
<br />real estate passed and descended to the said Viva Bernice Butler, to -wit:
<br />An undivided one -half interest in the South Half of the North -east Quarter (S2NE4) of Section
<br />One (1),Township Eleven (11), North,Range Twelve (12), West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SWINE4) and Part of the Southeast Quarter of the
<br />Northeast Quarter (SE4NE4) of Section Twenty -four t24+), Township Twelve (12),North,Range Twelve
<br />(12),West of the 6th P.M., Ball County, Nebraska, containing approximately 40 acres;
<br />The Northeast Quarter (NEJ) of Section Twenty -three (23), Township Twelve.(12),North,Range Twelve
<br />(12),West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, containing 160 acres;
<br />Lots Fifteen (15) and Sixteen (16), Block Five (5), Village of Cairo, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />That in the event the said Viva Bernice Butler should precede the said Cora A.Waite in death,
<br />leaving issue her surviving, the real estate devised to her and hereinabove described shall pass
<br />and descend to the said surviving issue by right of representation, and if the said Viva Bernice
<br />Butler should precede the said Cora A.Waite in death leaving no issue her surviving her sister
<br />Opal M.Piersol, the real estate devised to her and hereinabove described shall pass and descend
<br />to the said Opal M.Piersol.
<br />The Court further finds that the real estate in Howard County, Nebraska, to -wit:
<br />The West Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (WISEISE`) of Section Ihirty -five
<br />(35), Township 'Thirteen (13), North,Range Twelve (12),West of the 9th P.M.,Howard County, Nebraska,
<br />containing 20 acres.
<br />massed and descended
<br />to Corse A.Waite, under the
<br />provisions
<br />of
<br />the Eighth Paragraph, of
<br />the
<br />Last
<br />Will and Testament of
<br />the said William B.Walte,
<br />deceased,
<br />in
<br />fee simple title, to have
<br />and
<br />to
<br />hold the Came forever.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the Final Report of the said
<br />Cora A.Waite, Opal M.Piersol and Viva Bernice Butler Executrices of the Estate of William B.WAite
<br />Deceased, be, and the same hereby is in all things approved and allowed as.and for the Final
<br />Report of said Executrices and said estate is hereby settled and closed and said Executrices dis-
<br />charged.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT, that all persons having claims against
