<br />For the same reasons, I direct that the Sixth Paragraph of my said Will shall be changed to include
<br />as a part of the real estate which I give and devise to the said Viva Bernice Butler, subject to
<br />the life interest of my wife Cora A.Waite, the following descCribed real estate, to -wit:
<br />The West Half of the Southeast Quarter (WzSE4) of Section Thirty-five (35) , Township Thirteen (13)
<br />North,R,ange Twelve (12),West of the 6th P.M., Howard County, Nebraska, and
<br />Lots Fifteen (15) and Sixteen (16), in Block Five (5), Village of Cairo, Hall County, Nebraska.

<br />In all other respects, I do herewith reaffirm the provisions of said Last Will and Testament.

<br />I, Paul N.Kirk, Judge of the County Court in and for said County, do hereby certify that on the
<br />5th day of April 1939, instruments purporting to be the last will and testament and Codicil of
<br />William B.Waite, deceased, were filed for probate in this Court. That on the 29th day of April,
<br />1939 said instruments to which this certificate is attached were duly proved, probated and
<br />allowed as the last will and testament and Codicil of the real and personal estate of said William
<br />B.Waite, deceased, and the same were ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.

<br />of Cora A.Waite, Opal M.Piersol and Viva Bernice Butler, Executrices of the Estate of William B.
<br />Waite, Deceased, and upon the petition of said Executrices for the allowance and approval of said
<br />report, settlement of said estate, and discharge herein, and the Court having examined the records
<br />and files herein, and being fully advised in the premises, finds that due and legal notice has
<br />been given to all persons of the time and place fixed by the Court for the hearing upon said
<br />reT)ort, together with the vouchers on file, finds that said report is true and correct in all
<br />t ings and that the same oUght.,to be approved and allowed as and for the Final Report of said
<br />Executrices, said estate settled and closed and said Executrices discharged.
