<br />All the rest, residue and remainder of my property, both real and personal, of whatsoever kind or

<br />to be by her held absolutely.
<br />NINTH.
<br />I name, nominate and appoint my wife, Cora A.Waite, and my daughters Opal M.Piersol and Viva Bernice
<br />Butler, Executrices of this, my Last Will and Testament and direct that they be not required to fur-
<br />nish bond while acting in that capacity.

<br />CODICIL TO LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
<br />OF
<br />WILLIAM B.WAITE.
<br />I, William B.Waite, of Cairo, Hall County, Nebraska, being of sound and disposing memory, do make
<br />and publish this Codicil to my Last Will and Testammnt, executed under date of June 8, 1936, hereby
<br />revoking all previous Codicils made to said Will in manner and form following, to -wit:

<br />For the reason that I have made certain conveyances during my lifetime to my daughters Opal M.
<br />Piersol and Viva Bernice Butler of real estate described in my said Last Will and Testament, making
<br />It necessary to change the Third, Fourth and Sixth Paragraphs of my said Last Will and Testament,
<br />and for the further reason that I have since acquired additional real estate, I do hereby and
<br />herewith change the Third Paragraph of said Will, bearing date of June 8, 1936, to include therein
<br />the following described real estate, to -wit:
<br />The West Half of the Southeast Quarter (W1 1 ) of Section Thirty -Six (36), Township Twelve (12),
<br />North, Range "Twelve (12),West of the 6th P.M. Hall County, Nebraska.

<br />For the same reasons, I direct that the Fourth Paragraph of my said Will shall be changed in that
<br />the real estate described in said paragraph shall not include the following described real estate,
<br />to -wit:
<br />The West half of the Southeast Quarter MhSE4) of Section Thirty -five (35), Township Thirteen (13)
<br />North,Range Twelve (12), West of the 6th P.M., in Howard County, Nebraska; nor
<br />Lots Fifteen (E5) and Sixteen (16) in Block Five (5) Village of Cairo, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />and direct that instead thereof it shall include as a part of. the real estate Which I give and
<br />devise to the said Opal M.Piersol, subject to the life interest of my wife, Cora A.Waite, the
<br />following described real estate, to -wit:
