<br />and profits from said real estate for and during said life estate, and she to be charged with the
<br />payment of taxes,-insurance and reasonable repairs during such life estate.
<br />FOURTH
<br />In the event my daughter, Opal M.Piersol, shall survive my wife Cora A.Waite, I give and devise to
<br />the said Opal M.Piersol the remainder interest, after the death of my said wife, in and to the fol-
<br />lowing described real estate, to -wit:

<br />The North Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 1, Township 11, North of Range 12, West of
<br />the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, 80 acres in Cameron;
<br />The Southwest Quarter of Section 27, Township 12, North of Range 12, West of the 6th P.M., in
<br />Hall County, Nebraska,.160 acres in South Loup;
<br />The Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter and the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter
<br />of Section 27, Township 12, North of Range 12, West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County,Nebraska,
<br />80 acres in South Loup;
<br />The Southeast Quarter of Section 10, Township 12, North of Range 12, and that part of the North-
<br />east Quarter of Section•15, Township 12, North of Range 12 north and east of the Burlington
<br />Railroad right -of -way, West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, 169 or 170 acres in South

<br />FIFTH.
<br />In the event-my daughter, Opal M.Piersol, shall precede my wife in death, leaving issue her sur-
<br />viving, I direct that the devise to her in the next preceding paragraph made shall not lapse but
<br />shall pass and descend to the said surviving issue by right of representation.
<br />In the event my daughter, Opal M.Piersol, shall precede my wife in death leaving no issue, her
<br />surviving, but leaving her surviving her sister, Viva Bernice Butler., I direct that the devise to
<br />my, daughter, Opal M.Piersol, made in the next preceding paragraph shall lapse and the real detate
<br />therein described shall descend to my surviving daughter, Viva Bernice Butler.

<br />In the event my daughter,Viva Bernice Butler, shall precede my wife in death, leaving issue her
