<br />LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF
<br />WILLIAM B.WAITE.
<br />I, William B.Waite, of Cairo, Hall County, Nebraska, being of sound and disposi g memory, do make
<br />and publish this, my last will and testament, by it revoking all former wills by me made.
<br />PIAST.
<br />I direct that my Executrices, hereinafter named, pay all of my just debts, including the expense
<br />of my last sickness and death and the cost and expense of admitting this will to probate and of
<br />administering my estate, from such personal property as I may have at the time of my death, and as
<br />soon thereafter as can be conveniently arranged.
<br />If that be insufficient, I authorize my said
<br />Executrices to sell so much of my real estate as.may be necessary for that purpose, the within
<br />being their full and complete authority to make necessary deeds of transfer without order from any
<br />court whatsoever.
<br />SECOND_
<br />I.give and bequeath unto my beloved wife, Cora A.Waite, and to my daughters, Opal M.Piersol and
<br />Viva Bernice. Butler, all moneys, notes, bonds, deposits in banks, mortgages, stocks and securities,
<br />of which I may die seized, each to take an undivided one -third thereof absolutely. In the event
<br />any of the above named legatees shall precede me in death, leaving issue her surviving, I direct
<br />that the bequest herein, in this paragraph made, shall not lapse but shall pass to such issue by
<br />right of representation. In the event, however, any of said legatees shall precede me in death
<br />leaving no issue, then I direct that the provision for her made shall pass to the survivor or
<br />survivors of said legateep, in equal shares should there be more than one survivor.
<br />THIRD
<br />I give and devise unto my beloved wife, Cora A.Waite, the following described real estate, to-wit:
<br />The Northeast Quarter of Section 36, Township 12,North of Range 12, West of the 6th P.M., Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, 160 acres in South Loup;
<br />The North Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 1, Township 11, North of Range 12, West of the
<br />6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, 80 acres in Cameron;
<br />The Southwest Quarter of Section 27, Township 12, North of Range 12, West of the 6th P.M.,Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, 160 acres in South Loup;
<br />The Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter and the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter
<br />of Section 27, Township 12, North of Range 12, West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, 80
<br />acres in South Loup;
<br />The Southeast Quarter of Section 10, Township 12, North of Range 12, and that part of the Northeast
<br />Quarter of Section 15, Township 12, North of Range 12, north and east of the Burlington Railroad
<br />right -of -way, 169 or 170 acres in South Loup;
<br />The West Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 35, Township 13, North of Range 12, West of the
<br />6th P.M., in Howard County, Nebraska;
<br />Lots 15 and 16 in Block 5, Village of Cairo, Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />The West half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 32, Township 12, North of Range 11, West of the
<br />6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, SO acres in Mayfield;
<br />The Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 31, Township 12, North of Range ll, West
