<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF BUTLER COUNTY, NEBRASKA.

<br />FINAL DECREE.
<br />Mary A.McGowan, Deceased. )
<br />Now on this 16th day of December, 1937, at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M. this matter came on to be
<br />further heard upon the final report of Henry L.McGowan, as administrator of the estate of Mary A.
<br />McGowan, deceased, and upon the petition for final settlement of the said administrator, upon the
<br />order for hearing and the notice given pursuant thereto, and the records, files and the evidence,
<br />and the court, being fully advised in the premises, does find:
<br />(1) That Mary A.McGowan, a resident and inhabitant of Butler County, Nebraska, died intestate
<br />thereon on December 28, 1936, seized of the following described real estate, to -wit:
<br />The East Half (El /2) of the Northwest Quarter (NW1 /4), the West Half (W 1/2) of the Northeast
<br />Quarter (NEI /4), the Southwest Quarter (SW1 4) of the Northwest quarter (NW1 /4), and the West
<br />Half (Wi /2) of the Southwest Quarter (SW1 all in Section Three (3), the Southeast Quarter
<br />(SE1 /4) of Section Four (4), and the Northwest Quarter (NW1 /4) of Section Ten (10),all in
<br />Township Fifteen (15),North,Range One (1),East of the Sixth Principal Meridian in Butler County,
<br />Nebraska; the West 79 acres of the North Half (N1 2) of the Northwest Quarter (NW1 /4) of section
<br />Two (2), Township Nine (9),North,Range Twelve (12�, and the Southeast Quarter (SE1 /4) of the
<br />Southwest Quarter (SW1 /4) of Section Thirty -five (35), Township Ten (10),North, Range Twelve (12),
<br />all West of the Sixth Principal Meridian in Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />(2) The court further finds that the final report and acaDunt herein filed by the administrator
<br />is in all respects true and correct, and the same - should be and hereby is approved and confirmed.
<br />(3) The court further finds that the said Mary A.McGowan at the time of her death was a widow and
<br />left surviving her as her sole and only heirs at law and the persons entitled to inherit the above
<br />described real estate the following children to -wit: Henry L.kcGowan, her son, and Anna L.McGowan,
<br />Catherine M.McGowan and Loretta Mae Kosch, formerly Loretta Mae McGowan, daughters, all residents
<br />of Butler County, Nebraska, and that each of said heirs at law, on the death of the said Mary A.
<br />McGowan, inherited an undivided one - fourth of all of the real estate above described.
<br />(4) The court further finds that the time for filing claims has expired and all claims against
<br />said estate have been duly and legally barred by an order of this court.
<br />(5) The court further finds that said estate descends free of a federal estate tax and a state
<br />inheritance tax.
<br />WHEREFORE, it is ordered, adjudged and decreed that the final report and account of the administra-
<br />tor of said estate be and the same is hereby approved and confirmed and that the distributive
<br />shares of the fund remaining in the hands of the administrator, as disclosed by his report, have
<br />been distributed in accord with the law among the-four said heirs at law of the said Mary A.
<br />McGowan,-deceased, and that the receipt therefor is on file herein.
<br />It is further ordered, adjudged and decreed that the said Mary A.McGowan left surviving her as her
<br />sole and only heirs at law and those entitled to share as heirs and distributees in her said estate,
<br />the following named children, to -wit: Henry L.McGowan, a son, Anna I.McGowan, Catherine M.McGowan
<br />and Loretta Mae Kosch, daughters, and each of the said four heirs at law, on the death of the said
<br />Mary A.McGowan, deceased, acquired an undivided one - fourth of all of the following described real
<br />estate in fee simple, to -wit: The East Half (El /2) of the Northwest Quarter (NW1 /4), the West
<br />Half (W1 12) of the Northeast Quarter (NEI /4), the Southwest Quarter (SWl /4) of the Northwest Quar-
<br />ter (NW1 /4), and the West Half (Wl /2) of the Southwest Quarter (sWl /4), all in Section Three (3),
<br />the Southeast Quarter (SE1 /4) of Section Four (4), and the Northwest Quarter (NW1 /4) of Section
<br />Ten (10), all in Township Fifteen (15), North,Range One (1),East of the Sixth Principal Meridian
<br />in Butler County, Nebraska; the West 78 acres of the North Half (N1 12) of the Northwest Quarter
<br />(NW1 /4) of Section Two (2), Township Nine (9),North,Range Twelve (12),and the Southeast Quarter
<br />(SE1 /4) of the Southwest Quarter (SW1 /4) of Section Thirty -five (35), Township Ten (10), North,
<br />Range Twelve (12), all west of the Sixth Principal Meridian in Hall County, Nebraska.
