<br />all of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and Leland Engleman, Salt Lake City, Utah, James Engle -
<br />man, Overton, Nebraska, Dale Engleman, Overton Nebraska, Malvin Engleman, March Field, California,
<br />grand children, being the children of Mabel Black Engleman, deceased daughter.
<br />The Court finds that the Executors have not recx4.ved any monies from the estate of the deceased
<br />nor h�i.ve they expended any money; that all claims against estate have been paid, and the report
<br />shows no money on hand.
<br />The Court finds that said estate is not liable for State Inheritance Tax or Federal Estate Tax.
<br />The Court finds that James M.Black departed this life at his home in Grand Island,Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, on the 18th day of January A.D. 1939, leaving a Last Will and Testament which Last Will
<br />and Testament was admitted to probate on the 26th day of January A.D. 1939.
<br />The Court finds that the said James M.Black died seized, as owner in fee simple, of the following
<br />described real estate, to -wit:
<br />The Northwest Quarter (NWJ) of ction Twelve (12) Township Eleven (11),Noith of Range Teri (10)
<br />West of the 6th P.M. in Center Kwnship, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />That"A the provisions of the Last Will and Testament of the said James M.Black, deceased, the said
<br />real estate would pass and descend, in fee simple, to the sons of the said James M.Black, deceased
<br />as follows:
<br />To Roy J.Black and Clarence M.Black Share and Share alike, subject to the life estate of Selma C.
<br />Black, Widow of the deceased, and subject to a bequest of the sum of Two Hundred Fifty and no /100
<br />Dollars to each of the children of the deceased daughter, namely, Leland Engleman, James Engleman,
<br />Dale Englemn and Malvin Engleman, said. legacies to become due and payable upon the termination of
<br />the life estate of Selma C.Black, widow of the deceased.
<br />The Court finds that the said James M.Black, died seized of the following described personal
<br />property, to -wit :
<br />Household goods aDuroximate value $150.00
<br />1 Certificate #61 Farmers Union Cooperative
<br />Elevator Assn. of Grand Island,Nebraska,
<br />consisting of 30 shares.
<br />1 Certificate #170 of 4 shares Farmers Union
<br />State Exchange, Omaha, Nebr.
<br />That by the provisions of the Last Will and Testament of the said James M.Black,Deceased, the
<br />said above described personal property would pass and descend to Selma C.Black, his widow.
<br />It is, therefore, considered by the Court that under the terms and provisions of the Last !Fill
<br />and Testament of said James L.Black, deceased, all of the above mentioned real estate did pass
<br />and descend at his death to Roy J.Black and Clarence M.Black, his sons share and share alike, sub-,
<br />jest to the life estate of his widow Selma C.Black and subject to the bequests of $250.00, to each
<br />of his grandchildren hereinbefore mentioned.

<br />Certificate of Probate thereof and Final Decree, IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF JAM'S M.BLACK,
<br />DECEASED, with the original record thereof, now remaining in said Court, that the same is a correct
<br />transcript thereof, and of the whole of such original record; that said Court is a Court of Record
<br />having a seal, which seal is hereto attached; that said Court has no Clerk authorized to sign cer-
<br />tificates in his own name, and that I am the legal custodian of said Seal and of the Records of
<br />said Court, and that the foregoing attestation is in due form of law.
