Present Paul N.Kirk, <br />County Judge <br />In the Matter of the Estate <br />of <br />James M.Black, deceased. <br />I, Paul N.Kirk, Judge of the County-Court in and for said County, do hereby certify that on the <br />26th day of January, 1939, the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of James <br />M.Black deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 23rd day of February 1939, said <br />instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed as the last <br />will and testament of the real and personal estate of said James M.Black, deceased, and the same <br />was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the County Court this 23rd <br />day of February, 1939. Paul N.Kirk <br />(SEAL) County Judge <br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA F I L E D FEB 23 1939 PAUL N.KIRK COUNTY JUDGE. <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br />IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE ) <br />OF ) FINAL DECREE. <br />JAMES M.BLACK, DECEASED. ) <br />Now on this 8th day of November, 1939, this cause came on for hearing on the final report of Roy <br />J.Black and Clarence M.Black, executors of the Last Will and Testament of the said James M.Black, <br />deceased, and it appearing to the Court from the proofs on file that notice has been given to all <br />interested persons of the filing of said report, as required by law and -by the order of this Court, <br />and it further appearing to the Court after full examination, that the account exhibited by the said <br />Executors is correct in all things and ought to be approved and allowed, and it further appearing <br />that said Executors have accounted for all of the estate which has come into their hands, it is <br />THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the report of the said Roy J.Black and Clarence M. <br />Black, Executors of the Latt Will and Testament of the said James M.Black, deceased, be and the <br />same is approved as and for their FINAL REPORT. <br />The Court further finds that notice was given to all creditors of said estate in the manner pro- <br />vided by law of the date and place fixed for presenting claims against the estate of said deceased; <br />that time for filing claims has expired; that all claims filed and allowed against said estate <br />have been fully paid and satisfied; that the funeral expenses of maid deceased and costs of admin- <br />istering said estate have been fully paid and that all outstanding claims against said estate, not <br />filed, if any such there be,. are forever barred and excluded. <br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that all persons are forever barred from <br />filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of the said James M.Black, Deceased, <br />and that such estate is fully settled and closed. <br />The Court finds that the said James M.Black died leaving as his sole heirs, and his only heirs at <br />law, the following persons, Selma C. Black, his widow, Roy J.Black and Clarence M.Black, his sons, <br />
