<br />Nora Carey Wood, Thomas H.Carey is also known as Thomas R.Carey, Marion Moore Kimberlin is also
<br />known as Mrs. Robert Kimberley, Grace Moore Lippard is also known as Grace Lipperd and Evelyn
<br />Ryan Worman is also known as Mrs. Otto Worman as set forth in the proceeding paragraph of this
<br />decree.
<br />It is considered and adjudged that the said estate be and hereby is assigned as follows:
<br />Hanora Moore Carey, your petitioner, a one -sixth undivided interest. The following heirs of John
<br />J.Moore, a deceased brother of the said Margaret Mahoney, deceased, Hanora Moore, also known as
<br />Nora Moore, Alice Moore and Thomas Moore, also known as Tom J.Moore, an undivided one - eighteenth
<br />Interest respectively, and Mary E.Carey, also known as Mary Carey, Nora C.Wood, also known as
<br />Nora Carey Wood, and Thomas H.Carey, also known as Thomas R.Carey, children of Elizabeth Moore
<br />Carey, a deceased sister of the deceased Margaret Mahoney, an undivided one - eighteenth interest
<br />each. Marion Moore Kimberlin, also known as Mrs. Robert Kimberley, daughter of Richard Moore,
<br />a deceased brother of Margaret Mahoney, deceased, a one -sixth undivided interest. Grace Moore
<br />Lippard, also known as Grace Lipperd, daughter of Frank P.Moore, a deceased brother of Margaret
<br />Mahoney, deceased, a one -sixth undivided interest, and. Evelyn Ryan Worman, also known as Mrs.
<br />Otto Worman, Richard Ryan, and Raymond Ryan, children of Mary Moore Ryan, a deceased sister of
<br />Margaret Mahoney, deceased, an undivided one- eighteenth interest.

<br />entered IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF MARGARET MAHONEY, DECEASED, with the original record
<br />thereof, now remaining in said Court, that the same is a correct transcript thereof, and of the
<br />whole -of-such original record; that said Court is a Court of Record having a seal, which seal
<br />is hereto attached; that said Court has no Clerk authorized to sign certificates in his own name,

<br />I, James M.Black, of Hall County, Nebraska, being of sound mind and memory and considering the
<br />uncertainty of life, do hereby make, ordain, publish and declare this to be my last will and
<br />testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me heretofore made, as follows:
<br />Item 1. I give and devise to my beloved wife, Selma C. Black, should she she survive me, for and
<br />during her natural life, the Northwest Quarter (NW4) of Section Twelve (12), Township Eleven (11),
<br />North of Range Ten (10), West of the 6th P.M. in Center Township, being the quarter section, on
<br />which we now reside, and any other real estate of which I may die seized or possessed, and I
<br />further provide that as owner of such life estate she shall not be required to pay the principal
<br />or any interest on the mortgage on said quarter section, unless my wife finds it convenient and
<br />Is disposed so to do. I have little or no personal property at the present time, having sold
<br />my stock and farm machinery to my sons and having applied my spare money upon the mortgage on
<br />said quarter section. However, any personal property I may own at the time of my death, I give
<br />and bequeath to my said wife, should she survive me.
<br />Item 2. Subject to the life estate conveyed by Item One hereof to my wife, I give and devise
<br />said Northwest Quarter and any other real estate of which I may die seized or possessed to my
<br />two sons, Roy J.Black and Clarence M.Blaek, equally, share and share alike. Should my wife die
<br />before me I give devise and bequeath said quarter section and all the real and personal property
