<br />Margaret Mahoney, Deceased. )
<br />Now on this 25th day of March, 1939, this matter came on for hearing on the petition of
<br />Hanora Moore Carey on the determination of heirship of the estate of Margaret Mahoney, Deceased,
<br />and was submitted to the court. Hanora Moore Carey appearing in person and by Archie C.O'Brien
<br />her attorney.
<br />It appeared from the records and files in the said matter and evidence adduced that due notice
<br />of the time and place fixed for the hearing of the said petition had been given by publication
<br />thereof as by law required and order of the said court heretofore made, whereupon Hanora Moore Carey
<br />was duly sworn and evidence taken.
<br />On consideration of the evidence the court finds that the said Margaret Mahoney departed this
<br />life intestate on the 13th day of March, 1933, and that the said Margaret Mahoney,was, at the date
<br />of her death, a resident of the said County, State of Nebraska, and died seized of an estate of
<br />inheritance in the following described real estate:
<br />In the South half (S2) of the Northeast Quarter (NE-J-) and the North half (NJ) of the South-
<br />east Quarter (SEg) containing one- hundred- forty -four acres, more or less, section twenty -six
<br />(26), Township Ten (10) North,Ran ge Twelve (12) West of the 6th P.M., situated in the said
<br />Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />That more than two years have elapsed since the date of the death of the said Margaret Mahoney
<br />and no application for the appointment of an administrator or administratrix of her estate has been
<br />had in this State by any heirs or persons claiming to be creditors of the said deceased. That
<br />Patrick W.Mahoney, spouse of Margaret Mahoney, one of her heirs, died the 5th day of J anuary,1939
<br />and that the following are heirs and the only heirs of the said deceased, Margaret Mahoney, and
<br />all are of lawful age and take the interest in the said premises as herein set forth.
<br />Hanora Moore Carey, your petitioner, a one -sixth undivided interest. The following heirs of John
<br />J.Moore, a deceased brother of the said Margaret IVahone,y, deceased, Hanora Moore, also known as
<br />Nora Moore, Alice Moore and Thomas Moore, also known as Tom J.Moore, an undivided one - eighteenth
<br />interest respectively, and Mary E.Carey,also known as Mary - Carey, Nora O.Wood, also known as Nora
<br />Carey Wood, and Thomas H.Carey, also known as Thomas R.Carey, children of Elizabeth Moore Carey, a
<br />deceased sister of the deceased Margaret Mahoney, an undivided one - eighteenth interest each.
<br />Marion Moore Kimberlin, also known as Mrs.Robert Kimberley, daughter of Richard Moore, a deceased
<br />brother of Margaret Mahoney, deceased, a one -sixth undivided interest. Grace Moore Lippard, also
<br />known as Grace Lipperd, daughter of Frank P.Moore, a deceased brother of Margaret Mahoney, deceased,
<br />a_one -sixth undivided interest, and Evelyn Ryan Worman, also known as Mrs. Otto Worma.n, Richard
<br />Ryan, and Raymond Ryan, children of Mary Moore Ryan, a deceased sister of Margaret Mahoney, deceased,
<br />an undivided one - eighteenth interest.
<br />The court further finds that Hanora Moore is also known as Nora Moore, that Thomas Moore is
<br />also known as Tom J.Moore, Mary E.Carey is also known as Mary Carey, Nora C.Wood is also known as
