<br />Ninth.
<br />I give, devise and bequeath unto my son, Albert Stelk, the east half of Lot Six ( E 1/2 of L 6)
<br />of Roeser's Subdivision and in addition thereto Lot Four (4) Section One (1), Township Ten (10) Range
<br />Ten (10) Hall County, Nebraska, consisting of Fifty -five (55) acres and further in addition thereto
<br />the North Fifty -five (55) acres of the West Half of the North -west Quarter (W 1/2 of NW 1/4) of
<br />Section Twelve (12), Township Ten (10) Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />to have and to hold to him and his heirs absolutely and forever, providing, however, that the said
<br />devise is charged with the payment of $1,500.00 payable to my daughter, Nancy Mueller, which said
<br />sum is to be paid within one year after my decease and title to said premises is not to vest in the
<br />- devisee until such payment is made.
<br />Tenth.
<br />I give devise and bequeath unto my son, Arthur Stelk, the West Half of Lot Six (W 1/2 of Lot 6)
<br />-of Roeser's Subdivision and in addition thereto the west half of the Southwest Quarter (W 1/2 of y
<br />SW 1/4 and the South Twenty -five (25) acres of the west Half of the North -west Quarter (W 1/2 of
<br />NW 1/4 of Section Twelve (12) Township Ten (10) Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, to have and to hold to him and his heirs absolutely and forever, providing, however, that
<br />the said devisee is charged with the payment of $1,500.00 payable to, my daughter, Linda Glause,
<br />which said sum is to be paid within one year after my decease and title to said premises is not to
<br />vest in the devisee until such payment is made.
<br />Eleventh.
<br />I give, devise, and bequeath unto my son, Harry Stelk, Lot Eight (f) in Block Fifteen (15) in
<br />Baker's Addition to -the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, as surveyed, platted and recorded. Subject
<br />to a mortgage in favor of the Tecumseh Building and Loan Association in the sum of $4,500.00, and
<br />in addition therefore the North one-half of the Southeast Quarter (N 1/2 of SE 1/4) of Section
<br />Thirteen (13), Township Twelve (12), North of Range Eleven (11),west of the 6th P.M. in Hall Cbpnty,
<br />Nebraska, containing Eight -(80) gcres more or less according to the Government Survey, to have and
<br />to hold to him and his heirs absolutely and forever.
<br />Twelfth.
<br />It is my order and direct that in the event any of my children receiving a bequest or devise
<br />under this Will and Testament and are dissatisfied with such bequest or devise and undertake to
<br />contest this Will and Testament, that such child so contesting receive not the devise or bequest
<br />herein named but the sum of Twenty -five ($25) Dollars in full of all bequests, gifts or devises
<br />hereunder, and such devise or bequest so f orfeited.is to be divided among my other children, share
<br />and share alike.
<br />Thirteen.
<br />I further order and direct that all existing indebtedness at the time of my decease, whether
<br />encumbering the real estate or not, be paid by my four sons, Emil, Barney, Albert, and Arthur and
<br />that the payment of such indebtedness constitute a condition precedent to the vesting of title in
<br />them of the respective properties hereinbefore devised to each, the intention being that whereas
<br />my said four sons are receving the bulk of my estate, they be tequired to pay off the existing
<br />Indebtedness at #she time of my decease or the decease of the survivor of myself and wife and that
<br />neither of my four sons receive his respective devise until he has paid his proportionate share,
<br />to -wit: One- fourth of the existing indebtedness at the time of the decease of the survivor of my-
<br />self and wife.
<br />Fourteen.
<br />I hereby nominate and appoint my wife, Emma Stelk, and my son, Emil Stelk, Executrix and Executor
<br />of this my last Will and Testament,hereby revoking any and all former Wills by me made.
