J.H.Mullin <br />(SEAL) County Judge <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br />In the matter of the estate <br />of ) FINAL DECREE. <br />Robert Taylor, Deceased. ) <br />This cause came on for hearing upon the final report of Mary E.Buechler, Dorothy Smaha, and <br />Grace Taylor, Trustees and Administratrices with the will annexed, and upon their petition for <br />final settlement of said estate, and their discharge herein, and the Court, having examined said <br />report and the records and files in said estate, and being duly advised in the premises, finds that <br />due and legal notice has been given to all persons interested in said estate of the time and place <br />fixed for hearing upon said final report, as heretofore ordered by the Court, and no one appearing <br />to object to said final report, the Court examined the same, together with the vouchers on file <br />and the testimony in support thereof, and being duly advised in the premises, finds that said <br />report is true and correct in all things and ought to be approved and allowed as and for the final <br />report of said Trustees and Administratrices with the will annexed. <br />The Court further finds that said Robert Taylor departed this life on the 1st day of June, 1923, <br />and at the time of his death was a resident and inhabitAnt'of Hall County, Nebraska. <br />The Court further finds that on the 6th day of June, 1923, Ralph R.Horth filed in this court <br />his duly verified petition, praying for the allowance and probate of an instrument purporting to <br />be the last will and testament of Robert Taylor, deceased, and the Court thereupon fixed the 30th <br />day of June, 1923, as the date for making proof of said last will and testament and due notice of <br />the filing of said petition and of the time and place fixed for the hearing thereon was given by <br />the Court in the manner provided by law, and on said date of June 30, 1923, said instrument was <br />° <br />duly proven, allowed, and admitted to probate in this Court as and for the last will and testament <br />
