<br />shall constitute a home for my said wife and for such of my said daughters as are unmarried at the
<br />time of my death. Should my said wife, or any of my said daughters, live elsewhere, or should my
<br />said wife re- marry, or any of my said daughters, marry, after my death, then such of them as live
<br />elsewhere, or get married after my death, shall be divested of any and all right, title, or interest
<br />in and to the use of said premises, and of said household goods, household ornaments, chinaware,
<br />silverware, piano, books, and pictures, and the exclusive use of the same for a home shall pass to
<br />such of them as are unmarried and occupy the same as a homd. Should my said wire, and all of my
<br />said daughters, marry, or cease to occupy the same as a home, they are requested to make an equal
<br />division, among themselves, of the household goods, household ornaments, china -ware, silverware,
<br />piano, books and pictures, and in such an event, said premises, together.with the improvements
<br />thereon, shall immediately become a part of my residuary estate.
<br />THIRD.
<br />I give, devise, and bequeath all the rest, residue, and remainder of my estate, both real,
<br />personal, or mixed, and wheresoever situated, unto Ralph R.Horth, as Trustee, in trust, and to his
<br />successor -in- trust, until the first day of June, 1939, upon the uses and trusts, and for the pur-
<br />poses following:
<br />To receive, take, hold, manage, and control the same from my death until the first day of June,
<br />1939, and in the administration of said trust, said Trustee, and leis successors in trust, are
<br />authorized, empowered, and directed to permanently improve and perpetuate the grave of my beloved
<br />son, Robert Bruce Taylor, on the battlefields of France, in the event such improvement.has not been
<br />made during my lifetime, and to pay the cost thereof out of any funds in his hands, belonging to
<br />said trust; to pay to mir said wife, Annie D.Taylor, within eighteen months after my death, the sum
<br />of Fifteen Thousand Dollars, being the amount to be paid to her under the terms and conditions of
<br />the ante- nuptial agreement existing between my said wife, and me; to pay all my just debts; to pay
<br />to each of my three daughters, Mary E.Taylor, Dorothy Taylor, and Grace Taylor, during the con -
<br />tinuance.of this trust, a sum not less than Two Hundred Dollars per.month, nor more than Five Hun-
<br />dred Dollars per month, the amount so to be paid to each of my daughters, monthly, between the
<br />amounts above stated, to be at the discretion of said Trustee, and his successors,in trust; to pay
<br />to my said wife, Annie D.Taylor, annually, for the period of ten years after my death, in the event
<br />she survives me that long, the sum of Six Thousand Dollars per a mum, this amount in addition to the
<br />Fifteen Thousand Dollars provided for in our ante - nuptial contract; to pay to my nephew, George
<br />Nicholson, within five years after my death, the sum of Ten Thousand Dollars; to sell and convey
<br />any or all of the real estate owned by me in Perkins County, Nebraska; to sell and convey, ..
<br />at':a price of not less than Twenty Dollars per acre, all of the real estate owned by me in Lin-
<br />coln County, Nebraska; to sell and convey lands owned by me in Natrona County, Wyoming, for a price
<br />not less than One Thousand Dollars pdr acre, and not less than eighty acres to be sold at any one
<br />time; to lease lands owned by me in Natrona County, Wyoming, for oil and gas, or oil'or gas, pur-
<br />poses, under the usual oil and gas leases, for the going royalties, even though such leases extend
<br />beyond the period of this trust; to lease lands owned by me for agricultural and grazing purposes;
<br />to pay all inheritance taxes due to the United States, or to any state, arising by virtue of the
<br />estate left by me; to take notes, secured by first mortgages, for part of the purchase price of any
<br />land sold under this trust in the estate of Nebraska; to borrow the necessary money for the proper
<br />administration of this trust, and to charge the trust estate with the payment thereof; to sell and
<br />convey personal property; to seasonably pay all taxes which may be levied or assessed against said
<br />trust estate, or any part thereof; to keep all buildings and improvements covered by this trust in
<br />a good state of repair; to prosecute and defend any suit, or action in law, involving said trust
<br />estate, or any part thereof; to release and satisfy of record mortgages.in which I appear as mort-
<br />gagee; to pay to said Ralph R.Horth, Trustee, or to his successors in trust, annually, the sum of
