4010 <br />acting Guardian of said Leona Zima, Milo Zima and Dalores Zima on the 23 day of October, 1939, <br />and that by virtue of said payment said charge is therefore paid and satisfied in full and is of <br />no further force and effect and is discharged. <br />That Lot Five in Block Six in Miles' Sixth Addition to David City, Nebraska, by virtue of the terms <br />of paragraph six of said last will and testament is given, granted and set over to Carolina Medinger, <br />also known as Caroline Mellinger and the Court hereby confirms said paragraph and said title in said <br />Caroline Medinger. The Court finds that said paragraph six gives and grants a life use in said <br />real estate and the tenements located thereupon to Mary Zima, the wife of said deceased.
