<br />acting Guardian of said Leona Zima, Milo Zima and Dalores Zima on the 23 day of October, 1939,
<br />and that by virtue of said payment said charge is therefore paid and satisfied in full and is of
<br />no further force and effect and is discharged.
<br />That Lot Five in Block Six in Miles' Sixth Addition to David City, Nebraska, by virtue of the terms
<br />of paragraph six of said last will and testament is given, granted and set over to Carolina Medinger,
<br />also known as Caroline Mellinger and the Court hereby confirms said paragraph and said title in said
<br />Caroline Medinger. The Court finds that said paragraph six gives and grants a life use in said
<br />real estate and the tenements located thereupon to Mary Zima, the wife of said deceased. The Court
<br />further finds that said Mary Zima now occupies said premises as a homestead and that said homestead
<br />and life use have merged.
<br />That all the balance and residue of all personal property by virtue of paragraph seven of said
<br />last will and testament are given, granted and set over to Mary Zima, the widow of said deceased
<br />and the Court takes notice of the receipt of said Mary Zima, widow, herein filed, showing that
<br />all the rest and residue of said property has been received by her and the Court hereby grants and
<br />confirms said bequest to said Nary Zima, widow.
<br />The Court finds that the time for filing claims against said estate has passed and expired accord-
<br />ing to law and the order of the Court and that all claims, if any, not filed have been barred by
<br />law and the Order of this Court.
<br />That the estate of Frank Zima is free from and not subject to any State Inhderitance Tax or Federal
<br />Estate Tax.
<br />That Louis Zima, Executor of the Last Will and Testament of Frank Zima, deceased, having faithfully
<br />discharged all his duties as such Executor, is hereby- discharged and he and his bondsmen relieved
<br />from further liability.

<br />I Robert Taylor, of Taylor's Spur, Abbott, Nebraska, being of sound mind and disposing memory, do
<br />make and publish this, my last will and testament in the manner and form following:
<br />FIRST.
<br />I give and bequeath to my wife, Annie D.Taylor, and to my daughters, Mary E.Taylor, Dorothy
<br />Taylor, and Grace Taylor, all my jewelry and personal keepsakes, and request that they make as
<br />equal a division of the same among themselves, as is possibli;.

<br />I give and bequeath to my wife, Annie D.Taylor, and to such of my daughters, Mary E.Taylor,
<br />Dorothy Taylor,and Grace Taylor, as are unmarried at the time of my death, the use of the north-
<br />east quarter of Section Thirty -two, in Township Twelve, North of Range Ten West, in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, together with the dwelling house, garage, and other improvements thereon and all my
<br />household goods, household ornaments, chinaware, silverware, piano, books, and pictures, as a home,
