Paul N.Kirk <br />(SEAL) County Judge. <br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA F I L E D NOV 14 1933 PAUL N.KIRK COUNTY JUDGE. <br />COUNTY COURT OF HELL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br />In the matter of the estate of ) <br />FINAL DECREE. <br />Amanda L.Edmund, Deceased. ) <br />This cause came on for hearing upon the final report of the Grand Island Trust Company, Executor <br />of the last will and testament of Amanda L.Edmund, deceased, and upon its petition for settlement <br />of said estate and its discharge herein, <br />The Court, having examined said report, and the records and files, finds that due and legal notice <br />has been given to all persons of the time and place fixed for hearing upon said report, as hereto- <br />fore ordered by the Court, and there being no objections to the same, and the Court having examined <br />said report, together with the vouchers on file and testimony in support thereof, finds that said <br />report is true and correct in all things and ought to be approved and allowed as and for the final <br />re-oort of said Executor. <br />The Court finds that Amanda L.Edmund departed this life at Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, on <br />the 9th day of October, 1933, and at the time of her death was a resident and inhabitant of the <br />county of Hall and state of Nebraska. <br />The Court finds that on the 19th day of October, 1933, Louise NI.Edmund filed her petition herein, <br />submitting a document purporting to be the last will of Amanda L.Edmund, the Court thereupon fined <br />November 14, 1933, as the date for hearing upon said petition, and due and legal notice thereof <br />was given, and on said date said instrument was duly proven, allowed, and admitted to probate as <br />and for the last will and testament of Amanda L.Edmund, deceased, and letters testamentary were <br />thereupon issued to the Grand Island Trust Company as executor, and it filed its bond and qualified <br />as such, <br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and <br />place fixed for filing claims against said estate, and all claims filed have been paid, that the <br />time for filing claims has expired, and all persons having claims against said estate, if any such <br />there be, are forever barred and excluded from setting up or asserting such claims against said <br />estate. <br />The Court finds that said Amanda L.Edmund died seized of the following real estate: <br />Lots 16 and 18 in Block 16 of Scarff's Addition to West Lawn, in Grand Island, <br />and also <br />Lots 8 and 9 of the Subdivision of Lots 280,281,and 282, in West Lawn, being an addition to the <br />city of Grand Island, <br />all in Hall County, Nebraska. <br />and that said real estate, under the last will and testament of said deceased, was devised to <br />Louise M.Edmund, subject to the life estate of Lammert Edmund. <br />The Court further finds that there was no inheritance tax to be paid. <br />The Court further finds that the legacies to William S.Edmund in the amount of $1.00 and John <br />M.Edmund in the amount of $1.00 have been paid. <br />The Court further finds that said Lammert Edmund and Louise M.Edmund entered into an agreement, <br />which is filed herein with said final report, that all of the residue of the property be transferred, <br />assigned, and delivered to Louise M.Edmund, and in accordance with the provisions of said last will <br />and testament and the written agreement of said parties, said Executor has delivered to Louise M. <br />Edmund all of the residue of the property belonging to said estate. <br />The Court finds that all of the expenses of administration have been paid. <br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all claims Against said estate <br />
