<br />persons; Francis H.Jenneman, sometimes known as Francis H.Lewton, a son; and Jack B.Jenneman, some-
<br />times known as Jack B.Lewton, a son; and George E.Lewton, husband, the administrator of this estate,
<br />who is not the father of the above named sons of the deceased; that all of said heirs are residents
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />The Court further finds the said Laura M.Lewton, deceased, died
<br />real estate situated in Hall County, State of Nebraska, to -wit:
<br />Lot Four (4), Block Sixty -eight (68), Wheeler and Bennett's Seca
<br />Island, Nebraska.
<br />The Court further finds that under and by virtue of the laws of
<br />seized of the following described

<br />the State of Nebraska, said real
<br />estate did descend at her death in the manner following: To Francis H.Jenneman, an undivided three
<br />eighths interest 3/8); to Jack B.Jenneman, an undivided three - eighths (3/8) interest; and to George
<br />E.Lewton, an undivided one - fourth (44) interest.
<br />The Court further finds that there has been advanced by the administrator George E.Lewton, the sum
<br />of $1,033.70 for preservation of this estate and the payment of liens against the above described
<br />property and for the payment of court costs, as herein itemized.

<br />The Court further finds that the payment of the above sums constitute a good and sufficient lien
<br />against the above described real estate, that said George E.Lewton is entitled to payment of said
<br />sum so advanced, but that there are no funds or other assets out of which to pay said above des-
<br />cribed amount and that, thei °efore, the said George E.Lewton is entitled to a lien against the
<br />respective shares for the sums s6 expended by him, as above set out.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED,.ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that the above described real estate,
<br />to -wit:
<br />Lot four (4) Block Sixty -eight (68), Wheeler and'Bennett's Second Addition to the City of grand
<br />Island., Nebraska.
<br />did pass and descend at the death of Laura M.Lewton, under the laws of the State of Nebraska, in
<br />the following manner, to -wit: To Francis H.Jenneman, son of the deceased, an undivided three - eighths
<br />(3/8) interest; to Jack B.Jenneman, cone of the deceased, an undivided three - eighths (3/8) interest;
<br />any. to George E.Lewton, husband of the deceased, an undivided one - fourth (4) interest, subject,
<br />however, to a lien in favor of George E.Lewton in the sum of $1,033.70 with interest thereon from
<br />date hereof at 60, which lien shall constitute and be a first lien and payable on demand of George
