<br />Ing a notice of said order in the Times - Republican, a legal weekly newspaper printed and published
<br />in said county, three successive weeks prior to said date of hearing, and it appears by proof on
<br />file that notice was given as ordered by this court under date of September 11, 1935. Upon an exam-
<br />ination of the record and the evidence in this matter and being fully advised in the premises, the
<br />court finds as follows:
<br />1. That Laura Scriven departed this life on the 23rd day of November, 19341 in Hayes County, Ne-
<br />braska, and that said deceased left no last Will and Testament.
<br />2. That on December 26, 1934, Amanda Zumhingst filed in this court a petition for the administration
<br />of said estate and for the appointment of L.C.Churchlll: 'Las administrator thereof, and on the 26th
<br />day of December, 1934, an order of this court therein, assigning the 15th day of January, 1935,
<br />at the hour of ten o'clock A.C., as the time of hearing on said petition, and ordering that legal
<br />notice be given to all persons interested in said matter by publishing a notice, as by law required,
<br />in the Times - Republican, a legal weekly newspaper printed and published in said county, and it
<br />appears by proof on file that notice of said order was given as ordered by this court.
<br />3. The court further finds that on January 15, 1935, an order was entered appointing L.C.Churchill,
<br />administrator of said estate upon his giving bond in the sum of $1,000.00, and that on said January
<br />15, 1935, the said L.C.Churchill was issued Letters of administration out of said dourt.
<br />4. That on the 15th day of January, 1935, an order of this court was made allowing creditors three
<br />months in which to file their claims against said estate and said L.C.Churchill, administrator,
<br />one year in which to settle
<br />said estate, and further ordering that a notice of the same be published

<br />valued in the
<br />sum of $1,652.83.
<br />7. The Court finds that there are no Federal Estate tax
<br />and State Inheritance
<br />tax
<br />due in this said
<br />estate.
<br />9. The court further finds that all claims and costs of
<br />administration
<br />against said
<br />estate have
<br />been paid in full and that there is cash remaining in the
<br />hands of the
<br />administrator
<br />belonging to
<br />said estate in the sum of $135.87.
<br />9. The Court further finds that the real estate listed
<br />in paragraph 6
<br />herein shall
<br />descend to and
<br />become the absolute property of Blanche Norlen, Edward
<br />A.Scriven, Grace
<br />Benge, Amanda Zumhingst and
<br />McKinley Scriven, to each an undivided one -fifth interest.
