<br />legal newspaper printed and published in said County for three weeks prior to said day of hearing;
<br />and it appears by proof on file that said notice was given as ordered by Court and no objections to
<br />said petition have been filed or made.
<br />Upon examination of the record and the evidence in this matter and being duly advised in the premises,
<br />the Court finds as follows:
<br />FIRST,
<br />That George D.Salyer departed this life on the 27th day of November, 1930, in Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />intestate, and at the time of his death he was a resident of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />SECOND.
<br />That on the 30th day of December, 1930, Myrtle Salyer, widow of George D.Salyer, deceased, filed
<br />in -this Court a petition praying for the appointment of Myrtle Salyer as administratiix of the
<br />estate of said deceased; and on the 30th day of December, 1930, an order of this Court was made
<br />therein; assigning the 23rd day of January, 1931, at 10 o'clock A.M. at the County Court Room in
<br />said County, as the time and place for hearing said petition, and ordering that notice of the
<br />pendency of said petition and the hearing thereof be given to all persons interested in said
<br />matter by publishing such notice in the Grand Island Independent, a legal newspaper printed and
<br />published in said County for three successive weeks prior to said day of hearing, and it appears
<br />by proof on file that notice of said order was given as ordered by this Court.
<br />THIRD.
<br />The Court further finds that said Myrtle
<br />Salyer
<br />named in said petition was,
<br />upon her giving bond
<br />in the sum of $500.00 as ordered by this
<br />Court,
<br />appointed admin istratrix as
<br />prayed; the Court fur-
<br />ther finds that the deceased at the time
<br />of his
<br />death was a married man and
<br />that he left the fol-
<br />lowing heirs -at -law: Myrtle Salyer, his
<br />widow,
<br />Ruth Salyer, a daughter, and
<br />Robert Salyer, and
<br />Gordon Salyer, his sons.
<br />FOURTH.
<br />That on the 23rd day of January, 1931, an order of this Court was made allowing the administratrox
<br />one year in which to settle said estate and allowing creditors three months in which to file their
<br />claims against said estate from the 18th day of February, 1931, and further ordering that a notice
<br />of the same be published in the Grand Island Independent, a legal nespaper published and circula-
<br />ting in Hall County, Nebraska, for three successive weeks prior to the 16th day of February, 1931,
<br />and it appears by proof on.file that notice of said order was published as ordered by this Court.
<br />FIFTH.
<br />The Court further finds that on the 2nd day of February, 1931, the said Myrtle Salyer, as adminis-
<br />tratrix, filed in Court her inventory of the property of said estate and that according to said
<br />inventory, the deceased died seized and possessed of the following described property, to -wit:
<br />Lot Eight (S) in Block Five (5) in Bonnie Brae Addition to the City of Grand Island,Nebraska.
<br />Household furniture of the value of $300.00.
<br />SIXTH.
<br />The Court further finds that according to the laws of descent and distribution said property des-
<br />cends as follows, to -wit: The household furniture to Myrtle Salyer, his widow, the real estate
<br />as follows; an undivided one -third interest to Myrtle Salyer, his widow, an undivided two - ninths
<br />interest to Ruth Salyer, a daughter, an undivided two- ninths interest to Robert Salyer, a son, and
<br />an undivided two- ninths interest to Gordon Salyer, a son, subject to a homestead right in said
<br />premises in favor of Myrtle Salyer, his widow.
<br />SEVENTH
<br />The Court further finds that the time has expired for the filing of claims against said estate
<br />and any claims which may be outstanding against said estate are hereby barred and enjoined from
<br />being asserted against said estate or the assets thereof; that all debts and claims ea said estate
<br />and the costs of administration in said estate have been paid and that there remains no money in
<br />
