<br />Now on this 13th day of September, 1939, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report of
<br />Carter H.Weisheit, executor of the estate and last will and testament of Mary Deisel, deceased,
<br />and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that due notice was given to all persons in-
<br />terested in said estate as to the filing of said report and the time appointed for final settlement
<br />of said estate by publication, as required by the order of this Court, and that no one has appeared
<br />to object to the allowance of said report,
<br />On examination thereof, the Court finds that the said executor has accounted for all of the estate
<br />of said deceased which came into his hands or under his control, and that he has received from all
<br />sources the sum of $3,365.40; that he has paid out for the payment of debts, expenses, taxes, ad-
<br />minibtration costs and fees, the sum of $591.21, leaving a balance of $2,774.19; and that his
<br />report is correct in all respects and ought to be approved and allowed.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED BY THE COURT that the report of Carter H.Weisheit, executor of the estate
<br />of Mary Deisel, deceased, be and the same is hereby approved and allowed as and for his final re-
<br />port, and that upon his filing in this court, a receipt for the balance remaining in his hands for
<br />distribution, as shown by said report, he will be discharged and his bond released.
<br />The Court further finds that notice was given to all creditors of the deceased of the time allowed
