<br />One share to Elizabeth Hildebrandt, who is a half- sister of my deceased husband, August Deisel,
<br />if living, and if she be deceased then that share shall be divided into two parts, one part .thereof
<br />to be paid to her daughter, Dora Frizol, and the other one part shall be divided equally between
<br />Robert Hildebrandt and Harold Hildebrandt, the children of her son, Henry Hildebrandt.
<br />One share to William Keller of Cullesac, Idaho, who is a son of my deceased husband's brother,
<br />but who has preferred to take the name of William Keller.
<br />Third: I heretofore conveyed to my sister, Caroline Fischer, certain lots.with a house thereon, and
<br />I am making no bequest or devise to her herein for the reason that I consider that she has received
<br />sufficient of my estate by reason of such conveyance,
<br />Fourth: I hereby nominate and appoint Harold S.Barr of Crown Point, Indiana, as executor thereof.
<br />Fifth: Should said Harold S.Barr refuse to act or qualify as such executor hereof, and should it
<br />become necessary to administer my estate in the State of Indiana, then I direct that a petition
<br />shall be filed by the said Haro'ld S.Barr praying for the probate of this will and the administration
<br />of said estate, and asking that some persp4t to be selected by the said Harold S.Barr, as set forth
<br />In such petition, shall be appointed, and I hereby direct that such person so selected by Said
<br />Harold S.Barr in such case shall be appointed as administrator with the will annexed, or as executor
<br />of this my last will and testament.
<br />Sixth: Should it become necessary to appoint some other person to act as executor of this my last
<br />will and testament, then and in that case I hereby nominate and appoint Carter H.Weisheit of Peru,
<br />a Illinois, as such executor.
<br />seventh: In making the appointment of any such person as executor; those so appointed by the Court
<br />shall have all the rights, powers and authority and act in strict compliance with the directions
<br />written in this will the same as was conferred upon those named herein.
<br />Eighth: I hereby revoke any and all wills by me at any time heretofore made.

<br />The foregoing, consisting of three pages, was on the dpy of the date thereof signed, sealed, pub-
<br />lished and declared by May Deisel, the testatrix, as and for her last will and testament in our
<br />presence, and we, at her request, in her presence and in the presence of each other, hereto sub -
<br />seribe..our names as attesting witnesses believing said testatrix to be of sound and disposing mind,
<br />memory and understanding and under no constraint or undue influence at the time of so doing.
<br />For identification purposes we have subscribed our names on the margin of each of the preceding
