<br />law practising at this bar, be and he is hereby appointed guardian- ad -litem for the unknown heirs -
<br />at -law, legatees and devisees, whose names are unknown, who may be minors,
<br />And said petition and the proofs of said instrument now coming on for hearing, and the said
<br />guardians- ad -litem aforesaid being here personally present in open Court to represent the persons
<br />for whom they have been appointed herein as guardians -ad- litem, Fanny B.Becker and Marie LaFlamme,
<br />two of the attesting witnesses to said will appear and in open Court, on oath, testify that they,
<br />together with Charles W.Helmig, the other attesting witness to said will, were present at the exe-
<br />cution of said will, and saw the said testatrix sign said will in their presence; that they sub-
<br />scribed their names thereto as witnesses in the presence of and at the request of said testatrix
<br />and that they believed the said testatrix was of sound mind and memory, and of lawful age at the
<br />time of signing; said will, and that there was no evidence or indication of fraud, compulsion or
<br />other improper conduct, and that said testatrix did not contract a marriage since the execution
<br />of said instrument, nor was any child born to her since said date.
<br />And it being duly proven to the satisfaction of the Court that said will was duly executed and
<br />attested according to law, and that the said testatrix was of sound disposing mind and memory,
<br />and other*ise competent to make her will at the time of signing the same.
<br />It is, therefore, ordered that said will be deemed and taken as duly proven, and it is hereby
<br />ordered that the same be admitted to probate and recorded as the last will and testament of said
<br />Mary Deisel, deceased, together with the probate thereof. Elmer E.Roberts

<br />I, Mary Deisel, aged eighty two years, at this time a resident of Palmer, Indiana, being of sound
<br />and disposing mind, memory and understanding, do hereby rAake, published and declare this to be my
<br />last will and testament in the manner and form following, that is to say:
<br />First: I direct that all of my just debts and funeral expenses shall be first fully paid.
<br />It is my special request and direction that I be buried in the Peru City Cemetery of Peru,Illinois y
<br />on the lot where my late husband, August Deisel, is buried.
<br />Second: I hereby give, devise and bequeath all of the rest, residue and remainder of my estate
<br />real, personal and mixed, wherever the same may be situated, now owned or hereafter acquired, to
<br />the executor hereinafter named. Said executor shall convert all of my said estate into money as
<br />soon after my decease as the same can conveniently be done.
<br />If any of my said estate consists of real estate I hereby direct that the same shall be converted
<br />into money as soon as the same can conveniently be done, and within two years from and after the
<br />day of the date of my death. Said executor is hereby given full right, power and authority
<br />to sell and dispose of such real estate either at public or at private sale as to said executor
<br />may seem to be for the best interests of my estate upon giving such notice or notices as to said
<br />executor shall seem to be for the best interests of my estate. When said sale is made said execu-
<br />tor is g vefi.full right, power and authority to make, sign, seal, execute, acknowledge and deliver
<br />any and all instruments of conveyances necessary to convey title to such premises so sold.
<br />After my just debts and funeral expenses, as hereinbefore provided for,together with costs of ad-
<br />ministration, have been fully paid, I direct th.t after my said estate is then converted into money
<br />the same shall be divided into five equal shares and that said executor shall distribute the same
<br />as follows: One share to the children of my deceased sister, Ella Hasenjager, to be divided equally
<br />among said children.
<br />One share to the children of my deceased brpther, William Sennholtz, to be divided equally among
<br />said children.
<br />One share to the children of my deceased sister, Anna Schreck, to be divided equally among said
<br />children.
