<br />BE IT REMEMBERED, that heretofore, to -wit: On the 10th day of June, A.D. 1937, the same being one
<br />of the days of a session of the Probate Court of La Salle County in the State of Illinois, the
<br />following, among other proceedings, were by said Court had and entered of record, to -wit:
<br />State of Illinois
<br />: ss. In the Probate Court of said County.
<br />County of LaSalle
<br />In the matter of the Last Will and
<br />: Probate of Will.
<br />Testament of Mary Deisel, deceased.
<br />On this 10th day of June, A.D. 1937, at the hour of nine o'clock A.M., comes Carter H.Weisheit, by
<br />Charles W.Helmig, his attorney, and again produces in Court the instrument in writing heretofore
<br />produced and filed herein, purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of Mary Deisel, deceased,
<br />late of the County of La Salle and State of Illinois, and again presents therewith his petition
<br />filed herein on the 4th day of May, A.D., 1937, praying that probate of said will be granted and
<br />that letters thereon may be issued to staid petitioner.
<br />And said petition and the proofs of said instrument having been heretofore set for hearing on this
<br />day.
<br />And it appearing to the Court from said petition that said Mary Deisel departed this life on the
<br />12th day of April A.D. 1937, leaving said writing as and for her last Will and Testament; that
<br />said petition states the time and place of the death of said testatrix, the place of her residence
<br />at the time of her death and the names of all the heirs -at -law and the legatees and devisees of said
<br />decedent, so far as known to said petitioner, with the place of residence of each, as required by �
<br />law.
<br />And it.further appearing to the Court, and the Court so finds, that the Clerk of this Court sent
<br />by mail to all of the heirs -at -law, legatees and devisees named in the petition, a copy of said
<br />petition, within five days after the filing thereof and not less than twenty days prior to this
<br />date, according to law.
<br />And it further appearing to the Court, and the Court so finds,that it is set up in said petition
<br />that in addition to the heirs at law, legatees and devisees named in said will there are other
<br />heirs -at -law, legatees and devisees whose names are unknown and whose place of residence are un-
<br />known, and upon diligent inquiry cannot be ascertained.
<br />The Court doth further find that the Clerk-of this Court did cause to be published a notice in
<br />The Daily News - Herald, a daily secular newspaper of general circulation printed and published in
<br />the City of Peru, La Salle County, Illinois, said newspaper having been regularly published for
<br />at least six months prior to the first publication of the notice herein referred to, said notice
<br />being published for three successive weeks, the first publication being made on the 6th day of
<br />May A.D., 1937, and two other notices being so published in said newspaper, one on the 13th day
<br />of May A.D. 1937, and the other on the 20th day of May, A.D. 1937, which said noticescontained the
<br />name of the testatrix, the heirs -at -law, legatees and devisees named, the time and place where said
<br />will is to be offered for probate.
<br />The Court doth, therefore, find that it has jurisdiction in this matter,and, also, of the parties
<br />hereto.
<br />And it being made known to the Court that Emily Boyer, Harris Hasenjaeger, Lillian Thompson,
<br />William Richard Thompson, Helen Marie Thompson and Harry John Thompson, are minors.
<br />It is thereupon, on motion of the attorney for said petitioner, ordered by the Court that C.A.
<br />Helffrich, an attorney -at -law practising at this bar, be and he is hereby appointed guardian -ad-
<br />litem for the said Emily Boyer, Harris Hasenjaeger,. Lillian Thompson, William Richard Thompson,
<br />Helen Marie Thompson and Harvey John Thompson.
<br />On motion of said Petitioner it is further ordered by the Court,that Robert C.Carr an attorney -at-
