<br />Now on this 13th day of September, 1939, this cause came on for hearing on the final report of
<br />Carter H.Weisheit, administrator with the will annexed of the estate of August Deisel, deceased,
<br />and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that notice was given to all persons interest- -
<br />in said estate as to the filing of said report and of the time appointed for final settlement of
<br />said estate by publication, as required by the order of this Court, and that no one appeared to
<br />object to the allowance and approval of said report.
<br />On examination thereof, the Court finds that the administrator with the will annexed of said estate
<br />has acoDunted for all of the estate of said deceased which came into his hands or under his control;
<br />that all claims filed against said estate and the costs of administration, attorney fees have been
<br />Paid and that there remains no money in the hands of the administrator for distribution; and that
