<br />Comes now Charles W.Helmig and Norton, Barr and Norton, Attorneys, and offer for probate an instru-
<br />ment in writing purporting to be the lake will and testament of August Deisel, and the court having
<br />heard the evidence and the testimony of Paul Brown, one of the subscribing witnesses thereto, and
<br />being now fully advised in the premises, finds that said instrument was duly executed by said de-
<br />cedent; that at the time of executing the same, said decedent was over the age of twenty one years,
<br />of sound and disposing mind and memory and under no legal restraint whatsoever; that the same was
<br />duly attested as required -by law and that it is entitled to be admitted to probate in this court
<br />as the last will and testament of said decedent.
<br />Whereupon it is ordered by the court that said instrument in writing be and the same is hereby
<br />admitted to Probate as the last will and testament of said decedent and the clerk of this court
<br />Is hereby ordered and directed to file and record the same, which is accordingly done, and the
<br />record thereof appears in Will Record "S" at page 336.
<br />Comes now Mary Deisel who is named executrix in said Will and files herein her application and
<br />bond in the sum of $4,000.00 with United States Fidelity and Guaranty Company, as surety thereon,
<br />In these words (insert), to be appointed Executrix of the estate of said decedent, which application
<br />is be the court granted, said bond is approved and letters are ordered issued accordingly.

<br />Notice is hereby given that the undersigned has been appointed Executrix of said Estate, by the
<br />Judge of the Lake Circuit Court.
<br />Said Estate is supposed to be solvent.

<br />complete copy of the Last Will and Testament of August Deisel, deceased and the order of Probate
<br />of said will filed and entered on the 30th day of June 1933, In Cause #3172, entitled "In the
<br />Matter of the Estate of August Deisel, deceased ", together with copy of Notice of Appointment,pub+-
<br />lished on the 6th, 13th and 20th days of July 1933 as fully as the same appear of record in my
<br />office as such Clerk.
