Paul N.Kirk <br />(SEAL) County Judge <br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA F I L E D FEB 28, 1939 <br />Paul N.Kirk, County Judge. <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br />In the Matter of the Estate ) <br />of ) FINAL DECREE. <br />Anna C.W.Tagge, Deceased <br />Now on this 30th day of August, 1939, this cause came on for hearing, upon the final report of <br />Edith M.Tagge Schmidt, executrix of the estate of Anna C.W.Tagge, deceased. After due notice of <br />the filing of her report and of the time and place appointed for the hearing thereon, as required <br />by order of this Court, and no one appearing to object or protest the allowance thereof, after a <br />full examination of said report and the files in said cafe, the Court finds that the same is correct <br />and ought to be allowed and that the executrix has accounted for all property of said deceased com- <br />Ing into her hands or under her control, and that there remains no property in her possession for <br />distribution. <br />The Court further finds that due notice was given to the creditors of said deceased as to the time <br />allowed and the place appointed for filing claims against said estate; that the time so allowed <br />has expired and that all claims filed against said estate have been paid; that all outstanding <br />claims against said estate not filed within the time allowed, if any such exist, are barred and <br />precluded. <br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED BY THE COURT that the report of Edith M.Tagge Schmidt, executrix, be <br />approved and allowed, as for her final account. <br />IT IS P71RTHER ORDERED BY THE COURT that all persons are barred from setting up any claims against <br />the estate of Anna C.W.Tagge, deceased. <br />The Court further finds that Anna C.W.Tagge, deceased, was at the time of her death, the owner of <br />an undivided one - fourth interest in and to 1,ot Five (5), in Block Ten (10) in H.G.Clark's Addition <br />to the City of Grand Island; that she left a last will and testament which was duly allowed and <br />approved and admitted to probate in this court; and that under the terms and provisions of said <br />last will and testament, the undivided one - fourth interest of the said Anna C.W.Tagge, deceased, <br />did pass and descend in absolute title to Emily S.Ewoldt, Edith M.Tagge Schmidt and Max J.Tagge <br />in equal shares to each. <br />The Court further finds that the funeral expenses and expenses of the last illness and all other <br />claims against said estate have been paid; that said estate is not subject to inheritance tax <br />under the laws of the State of Nebraska or the laws of the United States. <br />The Court further finds that the costs herein, the expense of administration, attorney fees and <br />executrix's fees have been paid. <br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AFD_DECREED by the Court that the undivided one - fourth interest <br />of Anna C.W.Tagge, deceased, in and to Lot Five (5) in Block Ten (10), in H.G.Clark's Addition to <br />the City of Grand Island, did pass and descend at the death of said Anna C.W.Tagge, to Emily S. <br />Ewoldt, Edith M.Tagge Schmidt and Max J.Tagge in equal shares, and the same is hereby awarded to <br />them. <br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED BY THE COURT that said estate is hereby closed and settled; that the execu- <br />trix is hereby discharged and her bond released.
