<br />LAST WILL AFD TESTAMENT OF
<br />ANNA C.W.TAGGE.
<br />I, Anna C.W.Tagge, of Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska, being of sound.mind and disposing memory
<br />do make, publish, and declare this my last will and testament.
<br />FIRST: I direct that all my just debts, the expense of my last illness and funeral expenses be
<br />first paid by my executrix hereinafter named.
<br />SECOND: I hereby authorize my executrix hereinafter named to sell and convey any and all real
<br />estate which I may own at the time of my death, without application to or authority from any court
<br />whatsoever, and to divide the proceeds as hereinafter set forth.
<br />THIRD: I hereby give, devise and bequeath to my daughters Emily S.Ewoldt, Edith M.Tagge, and my
<br />son, Max J.Tagge, all of my property) whether real, personal or mixed, and wherever situated and
<br />by me owned at the time of my death, they to have and same, share and share alike.
<br />FOURTH: I hereby nominate and appoint my daughter, Edith M.Tagge, executrix of this my last will
<br />and testament.
<br />FIFTH: I hereby revoke any and all former wills by me made.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto signed this instrument this 25th day of April, 1935, at
