<br />The Court further finds that the said Henry A.Shelton, died seized, of the following described
<br />personal property, to -wit:
<br />15 rooms of furniture consisting of the following items in each room, 1 bed complete with all
<br />bedding, 1 table, 1 dresser, 2 chairs, Household goods of the value of $200.00,
<br />gll of which by the provisions of the Last Will and Testament of the said Henry A.Shelton, deceased,
<br />would pass and descend to his widow Rose Shelton.
<br />It is, therefore, considered by the Court that under the terms and provisions of the Last Will and
<br />Testament of the said Henry A.Shelton, dece.sed.¢, all of the above Real and Personal property after
<br />the payment of the devises to Dorothy and Woodrow,childred of Henry A.Shelton, deceased, did pass
<br />and descend to Rose Shelton, rTidow of the deceased Henry A.Shelton, said Real Property passing and
<br />descending in fee simple to'the said Widow, Rose Shelton.

<br />William A.Platt, Deceased. ) SUPPLEMENTAL DECREE
<br />This cause came on for hearing on this 5th day of September, 19391 upon the application of the
<br />petitioners to amend the original decree filed herein on the 9th day of August, 1939•
<br />The Court finds that the date of the death of William A.Platt, also known as Wm.A.Platt, in the
<br />original decree fixed as of the 3d day of December, 1886, is incorrect, and that said William A.
<br />Platt, also known as Wm.A.Platt, died, intestate, in the month of January, 1875, the exact day
<br />in said month being unknown,
<br />IT IS,THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that said original decree dated August
<br />9, 1939, and filed herein on the same date, be, and the same is hereby amended and corrected in the
<br />following respects:
<br />That said William A.Platt, also known as Wm.A.Platt, died, intestate, during the month of January,
<br />1875, the exact day of the month being unknown,
<br />and that said original decree in each and all other respects be and remain in full force and effect.
