36 <br />THE AUGUSTINE CO. 19800.12.98 <br />In the Matter of the Estate <br />of <br />Hanry A.Shelton, deceased. <br />I, Paul N.Kirk, Judge of the County Court in and for said County, do hereby certify that on the <br />31st day of October 1939, the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of Henry A. <br />Shelton, deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 23rd day of November 1939, <br />said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed as the <br />last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Henry A.Shelton, deceased, and the <br />same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and d.ffixed the seal of the County Court this 23rd <br />day of November, 1938. Paul N.Kirk <br />(SEAL) County Judge. <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br />IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE ) <br />OF ) FINAL DECREE. <br />HENRY A.SHELTON, DECEASED. ) <br />Now on this 5th day of June, 1939, this cause came on for hearing on the Final Report of S.J.Shada <br />Executor of the Last Will and Testament of the said Henry A.Shelton, deceased, and it appearing <br />to the Court from proofs on file that notice has been given to all interested persons of the filing <br />of said Report, as required by law and by the order of this Court, and it further appearing to the <br />Court after full examination, that the account Exhibited by the said Executor is correct in all <br />things and ought to be approved and allowed, and it further appearing that said Executor has <br />accounted for all of the Estate which has come into his hands, it is <br />THEREFORE,ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the report of the said S.J.Shada,Executor of the <br />Last Will and Testament of the said Henry A.Shelton, deceased, be and the same is approved as and <br />for his Final Report. <br />The Court further finds that notice was given to all creditors of said estate in the manner provided <br />by law of the date and place fixed for presenting claims against the estate of said deceased; that <br />the time allowed for filing claims has expired; that all claims filed and allowed against said <br />estate have been fully paid and satisfied; that the funeral expenses of said deceased and the costs <br />of administering said estate have been fully paid and that all outstanding claims against said es- <br />tate, not filed if any such there be,, are forgVer barred and excluded. <br />It is further found by the Court that the Executor has received from all sources the sum of $600.00; <br />that pursuant to an order by the Court entered on the 7th day of March, 1939,for a widow's allowance <br />of the income from the Real Property in the sum of 015.00 per month, and any income derived from <br />the rooming house, the aforesaid sum of $600.00, has been paid to the Widow, for support and ex- <br />pense of operati ng said rooming house; that the report shows no cash on hand; that all sums and <br />property coming into the hands of said Executer have been fully accounted for and all disbursements <br />by him made should be approved. <br />It is, therefore, ordered that all disbursements made by said Executor, as bhown by his report, <br />are approved and allowed. <br />The Court finds that said estate, has been duly appraised for Inheritance tax purposes and it was <br />found that there are no taxes payable. <br />The Court finds that the Devise to Dorothy Shelton LaPuzza, daughter of the deceased and the <br />Dbvties to Woodrow Shelton, son bf.the deceased have been paid in full. <br />The Court finds that the said Henry A.Shelton, died sgl*ed, as the owner in fee simple, of the <br />following described real estate, to -wit: <br />Lot Four (4), in Block Eleven (11) Bonnie Brae Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska, <br />that by the provisions of the Last Will and Testament of the said Henry A.Shelton, deceased, the <br />said above described premises would We and descend to his widow Rose Shelton, in fee simple. <br />L <br />1 <br />�1 <br />J <br />
