<br />WILL AND DECREE
<br />IN THE NAME OF GOD, AMEN.
<br />I, Henry A.Shelton, of Grand Island, in the County -of Hall, State of Nebraska, being of sound
<br />mind and memory and considering the uncertainty of this frail and transitory life, do therefore
<br />make, ordain, publish and declare this to be.my last WILL AND TESTAMENT.
<br />FIRST, I order and direct that my executor hereinafter named, pay all my just debts and funeral
<br />expenses as soon after my decease as conveniently may be.
<br />SECOND, After payment of such funeral— expenses and debts, I give, devise, and bequeath to my
<br />beloved wife as follows: All of Lot Four (4), Block Eleven (11),Bonnie Brae Addition to the City
<br />of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, all of my interest in the East Seventy Feet of Lots Eleven,
<br />Twelve, and Thirteen, Block six (6), Original Town of Thedford, Thomas County, Nebraska, all of the
<br />money on hand or on deposit in any bank or place of trust, all of the furniture and furnishings
<br />in the rooming house known'as Shelton Rooms, in the City of Grand Island,Nebraska, this I give,
<br />devise and bequeath to my beloved wife, Rose Shelton, in lieu of all dower interest.
<br />THIRD, I give, devise and bequeath to my beloved daughter Dorothy, the sum of One Dollar, having
<br />taken into consideration advancements previously made.
<br />Fourth, I give, devise and bequeath to my beloved son Woodrow, One Dollar and the proceeds of a
<br />certain life insurance policy issued by the Prudendial Insur,.mce Company, policy #4861873, of
<br />which he is made the beneficiary.
<br />LASTLY, I make, constitute and appoint Simon J.Shada, to be executor of this my last Will and
<br />Testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me made, Dated April,l, 1938-
