<br />FEE IT REMEV.BERED,that on the 26th day of July,1939,Hugo Windolph,Administrator of the said estate,
<br />filed in this Court his final accounting as such administrator,with a petition praying that said
<br />account be allowed;for a decree of heirship,an order of distribution,a final settlement thereon
<br />and discharge.For these purposes,the 23rd day of August,1939,at 10 o'clock A.M.in the County Court
<br />Room in said County,was assigned as the time and place for hearing said petition,examining and
<br />allowing said account,and it was ordered that notice of the pendency of said petition be given to
<br />all persons interested in said estate by publishing a notice of said order in the Grand Island
<br />Independent,a legal newspaper printed and published in said County three successive weeks prior
<br />to said day of hearing;and it appears by proof on file that said notice was given as ordered by
<br />the Court and upon an examination of the record and the evidence in this matter,bLn.d being duly ad-
<br />vised, the Court finds as follows:
<br />FIRST
<br />That John Peter Windolph departed this life on the 26th day of November,1929,in said County, in-
<br />testate,and at the date of his death was a resident of said Hall County and that he left no Will.
<br />SECOND
<br />date of hearing,and it appears by proof on file that notice of said order was given as thus ordered.
<br />THIRD
<br />The Court further finds that said Hugo Windolph was,upon his giving bond in the sum of $3,000.00
<br />as ordered by this Court,appointed administrat6rras prayed and further finds that the deceased
<br />at the time of his death was a resident of said Hall County and that he left the following heirs
<br />at law and only heirs at law;Hugo Windolph,Otto Windolph,Clara Windolph Schultz,Walter Windolph,
<br />Albert Windolph and Elsie Windolph Lassen,his children,and Harold Windolph and Phyllis Windolph,
<br />That on the
<br />2nd day of December,1929,Hugo Windolph
<br />filed in this Court a petition praying for the
<br />appointment
<br />of an administrator of said estate and
<br />on said date an order of this Court was made
<br />assigning the 24th day of December,1929,at 10 o'clock
<br />A.M.at the County Court Room in said County
<br />as the time
<br />and place for hearing said petition,and
<br />ordering that notice be given to all persons

<br />in said matter by publishing a notice of
