<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY,NEBRASKA
<br />IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE )
<br />OF ) DECREE
<br />LEONARD BURGE,ALSO KNOWN AS
<br />LEONARD BIRDGE,DECEASED.
<br />NOw on this 21st day of August,1939,this matter came on to be heard gpon the pleadings and the
<br />evidence and was submitted to the Court,on consideration whereof the Court finds that due and
<br />legal notice of this proceedings has been given to all persons interested in said matter both
<br />creditors and heirs as required by law. That all of the statements and allegations set forth in
<br />said petition are true ; that the said Leonard Burge died intestate in Hall County,Nebraska on
<br />March 1,1880,seized and possessed at the time of his death of the following described real estatie,
<br />to -wit: Lot Eight (g) in Block Thirteen (13) of Arnold & Abbott's Addition to the City of Grand
<br />Island,Hall County,Nebraska; that the said Leonard Burge was also known as Leonard Birdge,whose
<br />real,true and correct name was Leonard Burge; that no application has been made in the State of
<br />Nebraska for the appointment of an administrator of the estate of said deceased.
<br />That the property hereinbefore described was not occupied by the said Leonard Burge as his home -
<br />stead,and that he left surviving him a widow,Libbie C.Burge,and that his heirs and only heirs at
<br />law were his children,viz.',Charles M.Burge,a son,Samuel L.Burge,a son,and Jerry A.Burge,a son;
<br />and the Court hereby finds and determines that said children are the sole and only heirs at law
<br />of the said Leonard Burge,deceased,and that said real estate descended to said children an undiv-
<br />ided one -third (113) to;each and that Libbie C.Burge,widow of the said Leonard Burge,took no
<br />interest in said real estate.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE,CONSIDERED AND ADJUDGED by the Court that the real estate above described be and
<br />the same hereby is assigned to the said Charles M.Burge,Samuel L.Burge and Jerry A.Burge,an undiv-
<br />ided one -third (113) to each.
<br />IT IS FURTHER CONSIDERED AND ADJUDGED by the Court that all claims and demands against the estate
<br />of the deceased whether due or to become due,whether absolute or contingent,be,and the same here-
<br />by are forever barred.
