<br />istrator, filed in Court his inventory of the property of said estate, and that according to said
<br />inventory, the deceased died seized and possessed of the following described property, to -wit:
<br />An undivided one -sixth interest in Lot Six (6) of Block Twelve (12) in Kernohan and Decker's
<br />Addition to the City of Grand Island,Nebraska.
<br />An undivided one -sixth interest in the Easterly one -third of Lot Seven (7) and all of Lot Eight (�)
<br />in Block sixty -seven (67) of the Original Town now City of Grand Island, Nebraska.
<br />Chattel property of the value of $22815.22.
<br />SIXTH.
<br />The Court further finds that according to the laws of descent and distribution, said property des-
<br />tends unto Alice T.Augustine, mother of said deceased.
<br />SEVENTH.
<br />The Court further finds that on the 20th day of July, 1939, an order of this Court was made barring
<br />all claims not filed against said estate; that all debts and claims against said estate and the costs
<br />of administration in said estate have been paid and distribution of said estate has been made by
<br />said administrator according to law of the money in his hands to Alice T.Augustine, mother of said
<br />deceased, and that she is entitled to receive the same.
<br />EIGHTH.
<br />The Court further finds that on the 17th day of July, 1939, after deducting from the assets of
<br />said estate, all debts, claims, costs of administration, other proper expenditures and the statutory
<br />exemptions allowed said heir -at -law in this estate, that there was due and payable to the County
<br />Treasurer of Hall County, Nebraska, the sum of $161.29 inheritance tax, which sum has been paid
<br />by said administrator herein, and that no inheritance tax whatsoever is due and payable to the
<br />United States of America.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of the administra-
<br />tor in said estate be and the same hereby is approved and allowed as such; further that Alice T.
<br />Augustine is the heir and only heir -at -law of said deceased, and that said property described in
<br />paragraph Fifth hereof descends according to the laws of descent and distribution of the State of
<br />Nebraska as found in paragraph Sixth of this decree; Further that said administrator has property
<br />paid to said Alice T.Augustine all of the funds remaining in his hands in this estate and has made
<br />distribution thereof according to law and*that said estate has been entirely administered and that
<br />he should be, and he is hereby given an order of disohArge as such administrator out of and under
<br />the seal of this Court and his bond herein released.
