<br />AND the court further finds that said estate is not subject to inheritance tax; that all court
<br />costs, fees and costs of administration are paid in full.
<br />AND the court further finds that there remains undistributed personal property consisting of (1)
<br />$154.06 in cash, (2) a participation certificate issued by the Trustees of the closed Nebraska
<br />National Bank on which there is an unpaid balance of $23.23, and (3) a promissory note in the
<br />amount of $75.00 given by F.L.Tucker, due June 251 1939; that the majority of the heirs d6stre
<br />that said money be retained and not distributed, and that it be used for any needed repair or
<br />upkeep of the real estate; that the three items of personal property above enumerated should be
<br />turned to a representative chosen by the majority of the heirs as Trustee for handling, expending,
<br />collecting, etc. for the benefit and advantage of the above named heirs.
<br />AND the court further finds that the real estate of said estate consists of Lots 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8 -
<br />9- 10- 11 -12 in Block 2 of Brown's Addition to the Village of Alda, Hall County, Nebraska, and said
<br />real estate should be assigned as follows: An undivided one -ninth thereof to each of the nine above-
<br />named heirs.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final account of
<br />the said Robert Brown, administrator of the estate of John Brown, deceased, be and the same is
<br />hereby in all things, approved, confirmed, and allowed; that the sole.and only heirs of John Brown,
<br />deceased, are his nine children above named, all of whom are of legal age; that the costs of ad-
<br />ministration, court costs, attorney's and executor's fees, are paid in full; that said estate is
<br />not subject to inheritance tax; that the personal property which is now undistributed, as above
<br />set out, should be turned and is hereby assigned to a trustee designated by a majority of the
<br />heirs for the further handling, collection, expenditure, and distribution for the benefit and ad-
<br />vantage of the estate and of the heirs; that the real estate above described, being Lots 1-2-3-4 -
<br />5- 6- 7- 8- 9- 10 -11 -12 In Block 2 of Brown's Addition to the Village of Alda, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />is hereby assigned as follows:-An undivided one -ninth thereof to each of the above named heirs.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED AND ADJUDGED BY THE COURT t at said estate is fully completed and
<br />settled, and upon the filing of receipts, the said Robert Brown, administrator, will be discharged
<br />from his trust as administrator of said estate and the sureties on his official bond will be re-

<br />hereto attached; that said Court has no Clerk authorized to sign certificates in his own name, and
<br />that I am the legal custodian of said Seal and of the Records of said Court, and that the foregoing
