<br />and that the petitioner George W.Bartenbach, is one of the owners of the fee simple title, of
<br />said real estate, and that they derived title to said real estate by direct and mesne conveyances,
<br />and are duly authorized by law to make said application to this Court.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, BY THE COURT, ADJUDGED, CONSIDERED AND DECREED that said William A.Plettt, also
<br />known as Wm.A.Platt, died intestate more than two years prior to the filing of the petition herein,
<br />that no application for the appointment of an administrator 6f his estate has been made in the
<br />state of Nebraska, nor has there been any administration of his estate in the state of Nebraska,
<br />and that he died seized in fee simple of the following described real estate, to -wit:
<br />Lot Six (6) in Block Sixty -six (66) in the Original Town of Grand Island, in Hall County, state of
<br />Nebraska;
<br />that he left surviving him, as his sole and only heirs atlaw, the following named :Mary E.Platt,
<br />widow, Margaret E.Conely, daughter, William H.Platt, a son, and Nathan Platt, a son; that the above
<br />described real estate passed and descended, upon the death of sald.William A.Platt, also known as
<br />Wm.A.Platt, by operation of law, to Mary E.Platt, Margaret E.Conely, William H.Platt, and Nathan
<br />Platt, in their respective shares as by law provided, and the same is hereby awarded to them as
<br />provided by the laws of descent of the state of Nebraska, and all debts of said estate not paid
<br />are forever barred and precluded, and Vnat further administration of his estate is hereby dis-
<br />pensed with, said estate is hereby settled and forever closed.

<br />NOW, on this 11th day of August, 1939, this matter came on to be heard upon the final account of
<br />the administrator, and the petition for the settlement thereof and the evidence, and was submitted
<br />to the court, on consideration whereof the court finds that said account is in all respects just,
<br />true and correct, that the items of receipt therein set forth are the total receipts for the said
<br />administrator of said estate, and the list of items paid out, on said report, were and are all
<br />proper charges against said estate.
<br />AND the court further finds that'the said John Brown, deceased, was a widower at the time of his
<br />death; that the following named children are the sole and only heirs of said deceased, and the
<br />sole persons having an interest in said estate as heirs of the said John Brown, deceased:
