<br />That all of the above described property should be assigned to thelheirs at law as by law provided.
<br />That the deceased left him surviving the following heirs at law, and no others, to -wit:
<br />Helene (also known as Helen ) Hinrikus, widow, who is the third wife of said deceased, and not
<br />the mother of his children, residence Hastings, Nebraska.
<br />Hilda Frerichs, daughter, Hastings, Nebraska.
<br />Henry Hinrikus, son, Juniata, Nebraska.
<br />Herman Hinrikus, son, Glenvil, Nebraska.
<br />Grace Brader, daughter, Glenvil, Nebraska.
<br />That all of the above named persons are of full legal age;
<br />that the deceased left him surviving no other child or children, nor the child or children of any
<br />deceased child or children.
<br />That no one of the above mentioned heirs will receive $10,000 worth of property, nor is the estate
<br />of sufficient value to be subject to a Federal estate tax, and the court therefore finds the estate
<br />is exempt from the payment of any inheritance or estate tax.
<br />That the time for filing claims against this estate has expired; that all claims which were filed
<br />have been paid; that all claims which were not filed have become and are barred; that the admin-
<br />istrator has fully settled the affairs of this est&tt that his account is in all respects correct,
<br />should be approved and he and his bond relieved from further obligations and liability to the estate
<br />That all of the widow's allowances provided for by law have been fully satisfied and delivered to
<br />her, including a widow's allowance of x'50.00 pe

<br />The court further finds that the deceased Hinri.

<br />withstanding any such discrepancies.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED AND ADJUDGED:
<br />That the persons hereinbefore named be and they
<br />at law of Hinrikus J. Hinrikus, deceased.

<br />hereby declared to be the sole and only heixs
<br />That the estate be and it is hereby adjudged to lbe exempt from the provisions of tthe inheritance
<br />tax law of the State of Nebraska, and of the United States.
<br />That the final report of the administrator is correct and should be and hereby is in all respects
<br />approved and confirmed, and the administrator, upon the filing of proper receipts in this court,
<br />is hereby released from the duties of his office, and he and his bond is released from further
<br />liability in the premises.
<br />That the cash on hand, to -wit: the sum of $4484.87, together with the sum of $47.56, which the
<br />administrator, as hereinbefore set forth, has agreed to pay for the final dividend from the
<br />Nebraska National Bank trusteeship, aggregating $4532.43, minus $162.550 administrator's fee, a
<br />balance of $4369.53, be and hereby is ordered to be distributed as follows:
<br />To Helene Hinrikus (also Helen) widow, 1/4 thereof $1092.40
<br />To Hilda Frerichs (also Hilke) 3/16 thereof 919.29
<br />To Henry Hinrikus,3 /16 thereof 819.25
<br />To Herman Hinrikus, 3/16 thereof 819.28
<br />To Grace Brader, 3/16 thereof 919.25
<br />That the homestead above described be and it hereby is set over and assigned unto the widow Helene
<br />Hinrikus, for and during the period of her natural life, as provided and required by law.
<br />That the remainder of said homestead and the other real estate above described, be and it hereby
<br />s_ab,signed to the above mentioned heirs as provided by law, to -wit: to the widow an undivided
<br />1/4 thereof; and to each of said children an undivided 3/16 thereof.
