<br />Now on this 29th day of July, 1939, this matter Games on for hearing upon the final report of the
<br />administrator, and upon the petition for settlement of his final aecauftt. The administrator being
<br />present in person and by attorney, and no one having appeared and filed objections, the court finds:
<br />That due notice of this hearing was given as provided and required by laty;that Hinrikus J.Hinrikus
<br />departed this life in Hastings, Adams County, Nebraska, on January 29, 1939, leaving no last will
<br />and testament;'that he was seized at the time of his death of certain personal property, which has
<br />been administered and disposed of, and certain household goods which have been assigned to the
<br />widow herein as provided by law; that the said deceased was also seized of the following described
<br />property which is still undisposed of and is to be distrubuted among the heirs as by law and herein
<br />provided, to -wit:
<br />A share in F. Jaden Mfg. Company property, described as follows: a 2/67 interest in certain real
<br />estate held in trust for the deceased and others, by James D.Conway, trustee, consisting of two
<br />parcels of land in the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 11, township 7, range
<br />10, Adams County, Nebraska.
<br />A 3113 interest in certain real estate, held in trust by W.M.Whelan, trustee, for the deceased and
<br />others, in and to the following described property, the Southeast Quarter of Section 20, township
<br />7 range I1, Adams County, Nebraska.
<br />All of Dean's Addition to Hastings,,Adams County, Nebraska, approximately 10 acres, the homestead
<br />of the deceased.
<br />The Northeast Quarter, and West Half of Southeast Quarter of Section 1, township $,: range 11,
<br />Adams County, Nebraska.
<br />Southwest Quarter of Section 36, township 9, range 11, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />In addition to the above, there is still due and uncollected a final dividend from The Nebraska
<br />National Bank Trusteeship, amounting to $47.56, which the administrator has agreed to buy from
<br />the estate for the amount stated, and the said sale being for the benefit of the estate, the court
<br />hereby authorizes the administrator to assign, transfer and set over to himself, individually,
<br />for his own personal use and benefit, the said uncollected dividend from the said Nebraska National
<br />
