<br />LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF THEODORE SCHAUMANN
<br />I, Theodore Schaumann, of Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska, being of sound mind and disposing
<br />memory do make and publish this, my last Will and Testament, by it revoking all former Wills by me
<br />made.
<br />FIRST.
<br />I direct that my Executor, hereinafter named, pay all of my just debts, including the expenses of
<br />my last sickness and death from my personal property, as soon after my death as can be conveniently
<br />arranged.
<br />If that bd insufficient I authorize my said Executor to sell so much of my real estate as may b e
<br />necessary for that purpose, the within being his full and complete authority to execute the neces-
<br />Qary deeds of transfer without authority from any Court whatsoever.
<br />SECOND.
<br />I give, devise and bequeath unto my deloved wife, Emilie Schaumann, all of my property, both real
<br />and personal, of whatsoever kind or description and wherever situated to be by her held absolutely.

<br />THIRD.
<br />I name, nominate and appoint George Mildenstein of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, Executor
<br />of this, my last Will and Testament.
<br />WITNESS my hand this 270 day of October, 1924.

<br />day of January, 1939, the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of Theodore Schau-
<br />mann,deeeased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 22nd day of February 19390 said
<br />instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed as the last
<br />will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Theodore Sehaumann,deceased, and the same
<br />was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.
