<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA

<br />DECEASED. )
<br />NOW on this 1st day of August, 1939, this cause came on further to be heard upon the Notice to
<br />Creditors in said Estate, and the barring of claims not filed within the time provided by Order
<br />of this Court, and the Court having examined the records and files in said estate, and being fully
<br />advised in the premises, finds that a Final Decree was entered herein on the 14th day of.August,
<br />1934, approving the final report of Clarence Masten, administrator of said estate, and finding
<br />that the said Arthur W.Masten departed this life intestate, a resident of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />on the 15th day of June, 1933,.leaving as his heirs -at -law and only heirs -at -law, Clarence Masten
<br />and Earl Masten, his two sons, to which certain real estate,owned by the decedent at the time of
<br />his death, descended in equal shares.
<br />The Court further finds that said Decree also found that all the debts of said decedent had been
<br />paid, including funeral expenses and costs of administering his estate, however, did not find that
<br />all persons having claims against said estate, not filed within the time provided by Order of the
<br />Court, if any such there be, should be forever barred and excluded from setting up or asserting any
<br />such claims against said estate;
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all persons having claim against
<br />said estate, not filed within the time provided by Order of this Court, if any such there be, are
<br />forever barred and excluded from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate.

<br />IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF ARTHUR W.MASTEN, DECEASED, with the original record thereof, now
<br />remaining in said Court, that the same is a correct transcript thereof, and of the whole of such
<br />original record; that said Court is a Court of Record having a seal, which seal is hereto attached;
<br />t'..at said Court has no Clerk authorized to sign certificates in his own name, and that I am the
<br />legal custodian of said Seal and of the Records of said Court, and that the foregoing attestation
<br />Is in due form of law.

<br />further to be heard, the Court finds that Notice of the time and place
<br />for hearing claims against said estate was given as provided by

<br />July, 1934, at 9 o'clock
<br />A.M., said time fully expired, and all
<br />persons having claims against said
<br />estate, not filed within
<br />the time hereinbefore mentioned, if any
<br />such there be, should be forever
<br />barred and excluded from
<br />setting up or asserting any such claims
<br />against said estate.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all persons having claim against
<br />said estate, not filed within the time provided by Order of this Court, if any such there be, are
<br />forever barred and excluded from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate.
