<br />May Gaddis, preceded her in death leaving no issue her surviving; and the Court hereby finds and
<br />determines that said Clisba A.Ellis and said Robert R.Ellis, Nettie Knight, Margaret Searson, Maud
<br />Chapman and Bessie Kelly are the sole and only heirs at law of the said Helen McMillen Ellis,
<br />deceased, and that the real estate hereinabove described as an undivided one - seventh interest in
<br />the South Half of the Southwest Quarter (SJSWJ) of Section Twenty -one (21), and the Northwest
<br />Quarter (NW4) of Section Twenty -nine (29), Township Eleven (11),North2Range Ten (10),West of the
<br />6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, passed and dewcended one -third of said undivided interest to
<br />Clisba A.Ellis and two - fifteenth thereof to each of the surviving children Robert R.Ellis, Nettie
<br />Knight, Margaret Searson, Maud Chapman,and Bessie Kelly.
<br />The Court hereby further finds and determines that the heirs of the body of Helen McMillen Ellis,
<br />deceased, wtio survived Davi4 Gilchrist are Robert R.Ellis, a son, Nettie Knight, Margaret Searson,
<br />Maud Chapman and Bessie Kelly, daughters and May Gaddis, a daughter who died without issue on or
<br />about Jaruary 14, 1905 and that the Northwest Quarter (NWJ) of Section Twenty -eight (28), `Township
<br />Eleven (11)0 Range Ten (10), West of the 6th P.M. Hall County, Nebraska, passed to said heirs of
<br />the body of said Helen Me Millen Ellis, deceased, share and share alike.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT That
<br />estate, to -wit:
<br />An undivided one - seventh (1/7) interest in the South Half of the S1

<br />DECEASED, with the original record thereof, now remaining in said Court, that the same is a correct
<br />transcript thereof, and of the whole of such original record; that said Court is a Court of Record
<br />having a seal, which seal is hereto attached; that said Court has no Clerk authorized to sign cer-
<br />tificates in his own name, and that I am the legal custodian of said Seal and of the Records of
<br />said Court, and that the foregoing attestation is in due form of law.
